Flowtrac Description

Flowtrac can be used on-premise or cloud-based to help organizations manage their inventory, assets, warehouse, work in process, proof of delivery, and other special requirements. Clients include commercial, government, education, and humanitarian organizations. The system can be accessed via desktops, tablets and smartphones as well as mobile barcode guns. Flowtrac staff will guide you through the entire process, including training, consulting, development, and support. Online and on-site support available.

Flowtrac scans barcode information directly into our cloud database using barcode guns, smartphones or tablets. There is no need to import, export, or hope that the spreadsheet doesn't get lost or damaged.

We also support RFID mobile, fixed-mount, doorway, indoor and outdoor readers. Collect data offline or online Flowtrac stores data locally on your device when you are offline and updates the Cloud when you are back online.

    Summary: The overall program is great and can be tailored to your needs.
    I recommend using the sandbox as much as possible before implementation, it would have been easier for us if I had.

    Positive: I really like how customizable everything about the software is, from the reports that are generated, the tickets/labels printed, to the windows and labels within the software itself. Everything can be customized to say or do what you want.
    The support team is great as well, they are on it as soon as you need something!

    Negative: Sometimes the customizing is a little bit much. The report developer tool is not very user friendly. The scanner is a bit slow and cumbersome, but that might be me, I prefer to print a list and check it off as I go.

    Summary: Overall it gave me the ability to track my assets and get off of using Microsoft excel and stream lines my business.

    Positive: Easily track assets with the web interface. I also use their native iOS application for quickly scanning items in and out.

    Summary: It's been great getting things on track, doing reports and having trainings. I like the chat feature for quick questions.

    Positive: Flowtrac really is fully customizable, every feature that I have needed in order to have an accurate count and reporting for the State and other entities has been done.

    Negative: It can be scary switching to a new system not knowing what is to come, and for reports and will this product work.
