Clients can also customize the information/attributes shown in the employee profile popups. Floor Plan Mapper makes it easy for clients to book a desk or a meeting space. Floor Plan Mapper shows which desks are available and can be booked. Click on a desk to select a time period for booking a desk. Then, add the booking to your Outlook Calendar. Click on the room to book a meeting space.
