    The best value for a repair business, affordable and flexible

    Summary: It's a comprehensive software and there are a lot of features you can use to help your business. Tracking repairs is much easier now. I can see all the information about a ticket in one place. Custom fields let me log almost anything that matters to my business, and this level of flexibility is hard to find. The support team has been very helpful. They respond quickly and do listen to the feedback, as they are still improving the product. They even fixed bugs that i reported.

    Positive: Simple and flexible. I can customise ticket forms and fields to match exactly how my business works. Doesn't require any training. Perfect for someone like me who has growing business needs.

    Negative: Some third-party apps that I have used with other software are not there, but still sufficient enough at its own.
