    Summary: I paid and got the link. When I played the clip the audio was now way out of sync with the video in a strange way, meaning that it varied how far out of sync it was with the video so there was no way to repair it in my editing software. I emailed them 3 times to request further assistance but they would never respond to my emails and I couldn't find a phone number. I'm now disputing the charge with my bank.

    Positive: They're fast at taking your money. I think it might work in some cases but if you have a problem you're hung out to dry.

    Negative: They're scammers! I uploaded a 12 + minute from a series of clips that played perfectly on my iPhone but I couldn't move it to my computer. I uploaded the clip into their system for repair. I later got a message that the video was repaired and they would send me a download link for 17.
