Summary: It’s a good experience. Fivestar is used in a lot in my neighborhood. And I can always look up places to use it.

Positive: I love how they keep track of all of your points.
Easy assessable.

Negative: There isn’t anything bad to say about fivestar.
Fivestars I’ve only had good experiences.

Summary: Really like Fivestars!!! I like the companies that do the check in "free spin to win games". Very Nice Fivestars, very nice!

Positive: I like how it tracks your points so you don't have to keep up with that and how nice is it to buy things and then get things for free!

Negative: None that I can even think of. Fivestars seems to have it all together pretty darn well.

Summary: Excellent! I like getting the tips for shopping sales! I like the coupon codes sent straight to me! I like being able to connect at the establishment and my fivestars points comes up! Helps you save even more money on buys that you are already saving on!

Positive: I really like fivestars! I like the app, it’s easy to navigate. I love the coupons! Alerts that get sent right to my phone via txt msg! Fivestars keeps up with my points so I know how much I’m earning each time I’ve made a purchase at a location who uses fivestars, like once upon a child! Next time I come in to shop I know if I’ll be getting my 20% off or not with the point system! I get alerts when sales hit! I think it is a creative nifty system that is less likely to get lost such as paper rewarding systems (stamp cards.)

Negative: I wish more stores used fivestars! So far I’ve only picked up on once upon a child and Plato’s closet nearest to me. Christiansburg, VA.

Summary: I use Fivestars all the time. The app on my phone is very easy to use, search, and see the points you have accumulated. We love it.

Positive: Easy to use, the app has a lot of useful features that are easily accessed on your phone

Negative: Nothing. I can't think of anything that I don't like about the app.

Summary: My experience is as was told in the pros section... highly recommended.

Positive: I really like using this quick and easy coupon and special promotion tool for my favorite restaurants. I have most frequently used it for my favorite poke restaurant in the Bay Area. The app I downloaded shows me all the promotions that are available at any time and gives me the list of rewards for being loyal to the company. It is the equivalent to the “star cards” I used to carry around in my wallet for certain companies, just with more rewards along the way. I would highly recommend using Fivestars to anyone. It’s an easy app to use and offers you rewards to places you already go to anyway.

Negative: I wouldn’t say there are any cons. I think the app is easy to use and updates me regularly. Not too frequently to get annoying or anything.

Summary: i love the way fivestars is designed to give you discounts and deals for every purchase you make at your favorite shops!!

Positive: - good discounts
- simple (simply enter your phone # before paying)
- accessible (comes in an app form)

Negative: - could have better deals for lesser points
- could be offered at more stores
- could extend out of location base aka when one is traveling, they can find more deals while out of town

Summary: Nice app that's easy to use and convenient. I love not having to keep a loyalty card in my wallet and I can just use my phone number at the store to collect my points.

Positive: This app is easy to use and so much better than trying to remember to bring a punch card to my favorite stores.

Negative: Not enough stores use it. It would be nice if more stores used the app.

Positive: It is a great way to earn points toward free items at a great variety of businesses. The birthday deals are unbelievable! I also appreciate the random freebies that pop up throughout the year. I have discovered businesses that I wouldn't have found otherwise.

Negative: I have had no negative experiences, other than occasional lags on my previous phone (Galaxy S7). No problems on my Galaxy Note 8.

Summary: Overall this is a great system. I love the convenience of entering my number every time I come in and gaining points to redeem later.

Positive: Easy and convenient to enter my information and gain points.

Negative: It is not available in every business. If more places had this, it would be even more better.

Positive: This app shows how you can earn points from the particular store and provides other promos that might interest you nearby.

Negative: Some stores aren’t accurate in putting points down.

Summary: It’s definitely a reliable and excellent service. I don’t think I see many other competitors doing as well as Fivestars

Positive: Fivestars is a program that’s easy to use and recognizable across many stores that I go to. The reward incentives keep reminding me why I like to go to each business every time. I also like how they keep track of points and receipts with text messages.

Negative: Sometimes I think the point system could be used for more locations in general

Positive: I love that it uses my location and let's me know what deals or locations that accept FiveStars are
I love that I can use my telephone number in case i don't have the physical card with me
I love the incentives I get at various locations- it will often make me visit a place I otherwise may not have tried

Negative: If I had to say something, I guess a con might be that I have to accept the offers suggested to me before they get applied and added to my account instead of automatically being on my card

Summary: No complaints. Easy and convenient. Exactly what a rewards program should be.

Positive: very easy to use and I don't need to worry about carrying another rewards card with me.

Negative: I can't think of anything negative no say about the program.

Summary: I usually only go into the store when five stars sends me deals I can't refuse! Without the deals, I most definitely wouldnt shop as much as I do!

Positive: Got 10 off $40 worth of baby clothes. It was such a great deal and I got over 10 outfits for my baby, and ended up only paying 30. I was very happy about it!

Negative: There is not much I don't like about it. I love how I get sent deal monthly. It does take a while to add up a bunch of points to use though. The actual deals are great though!

Summary: I love this software because I get bonus points from easy use

Positive: This software gives me free stuffs and easy to use.

Negative: I do not see any disadvantage other than it is troublesome to type in my phone number.
