File Explorer serves as the primary file management tool for Windows operating systems.
In Windows 11, File Explorer provides a streamlined way to access your files with ease and speed.
You can open File Explorer by selecting its icon on the taskbar, accessing it through the Start menu, or simply pressing the Windows logo key along with E on your keyboard.
To utilize File Explorer effectively, you can pin a folder to Quick access by right-clicking on the folder and choosing the option to Pin to Quick access.
If you wish to share a specific file, just select the file and click on the Share option found in the ribbon.

TotalFinder is designed for Mac users seeking an enhanced experience from their Finder application. While it operates similarly to the default Finder, it introduces features such as tabs, dual panels, and color-coded labels. It's important to note that TotalFinder is an add-on that integrates with Finder upon launching TotalFinder.app, without altering any Finder files stored on the disk. This application is installed independently but modifies the active Finder instance in memory, a process I refer to as TotalFinder's injection into Finder. Given the way TotalFinder functions, there is a slight chance it may encounter issues with future Finder updates. Our dedicated team relies on TotalFinder daily, allowing us to quickly identify and address any problems that may arise. Historically, updates to Finder have resulted in only minor modifications. Additionally, my membership in Apple’s Developer Program grants me access to beta versions of system updates, which I utilize to ensure TotalFinder remains compatible with Apple's ongoing updates. By staying proactive, we strive to maintain a seamless experience for our users.
