Summary: Earlier it was tough to get the visibility of all the different platforms in one place. But now, it offers a forum so I can manage an order from and cover all the circles of our business needs. FarEye showed me from the beginning that is deep knowing my business and have the digital tools that I am looking for to do my business more efficiently from end to end.
Positive: FarEye has helped me to track all our KPIs because it Implements digital proof of delivery, resulting in paperless work. Also, the solution's swiftness and flexibility are the top key features.
Negative: Not too many dislikes; however, its user interface errors occur most of the time, along with the repeated change in point of contact is also worrying most of the time.

Great Product, espicially for last mile Date: Aug 29 2023
Summary: The Product and the Team seem to be cut from the same cloth.
Both are very efficient and personalized to suit all needs for last mile from checkout to dispatch till the consumer's door and even back to the warehouse when requirement be.Positive: The team is super-active when it comes to customer requirements, be it onboarding or personalizing. The product itself is also very well thought out and works in the right manner.
Negative: Nothing very specific till yet, but spending more time we might come across some to update.
