    Summary: It is a good system. Their support is great, they always get back to us in a timely manner. The FM staff create any map or layer that we want which is very useful to us.

    Positive: The work order system is useful. The staff districtwide can easily create a work order without having to have a password to remember.

    Negative: Its not that I dislike, but the mapping portion is robust, and I don't have the time to always learn how to amend the maps.

    Summary: Overall, FM Pro is sufficient to run our organization's facilities teams. It's convenient to have everything we need in one platform.

    Positive: FM Pro is an all-in-one platform that helps us manage our work orders, assets, maps, and documents. The work orders are automatically routed to the appropriate teams to perform the work. The maps are easy to use and are handy for asset tracking. This system is customizable, and the customer service is prompt and very helpful.

    Negative: The FM Pro application is Java based and can be buggy periodically. However the customer support is always able to help and/or able to send an update to correct the issues.

    It has so many capabilities!

    Summary: Im able to assign work orders to our staff without making extra phone calls or being in the same building. I am also able to download maps to send to contractors, renewing licenses, and fire marshalls when having inspections or work done.

    Positive: It has so many capabilities- work orders, maps, assets documents, reports and event scheduler, but my favorite being maps. We have so much information that can be stored within the maps for each of our school buildings- such fire extinguishers, tornado shelters, and AED locations and can hide them when not needed to be seen.

    Negative: Its not the easiest program to use if you arent techie and especially trained. But they have an amazing staff that is willing to train in person and over the computer.
