Summary: Why is Expensify still charging for something everyone else gives away for free? Moreover, the solution is less user friendly than Divvy, Ramp, or Corpay One.

Positive: The only Pro about Expensify is that it offers a free solutions to CPA Firms, most recently with the CPA Card.

Negative: Pretty much everything is a con about Expensify, especially compared to other softwares.

Summary: We switched to Divvy and are so much happier. The combination of clunky features and terrible support was a nightmare. It fills some holes Divvy doesn't (ability to do ACH reimbursements) but we will never, ever recommend Expensify for card spend.

Positive: Ability to do ACH reimbursements, ability to pay bills, lots of different reporting tools, chat support feature.

Negative: Pitiful fraud protection (we had fraud on our card, Expensify admitted it was fraud, but would do nothing about it). There is no option to speak with a manager. While the chat is convenient, frequently it seems that the person is asking my questions without reading my replies. It's very difficult to reconcile with Quickbooks based on how the transactions post.

Summary: Overall I'm not a fan and don’t recommend this company to anyone. I’d go with a better solution like Divvy.

Positive: There is an app you can download to be able to submit your receipts to be reimburse but it’s a long process.

Negative: I don’t like how long it takes to get reimbursed from your company any also I don’t like unsolicited emails from the owner telling me how to vote.
