Evaluator Description

Evaluator allows you to make a well-structured decision when considering multiple options against a common set criteria. You can choose a vendor's product/service based on its features, cost, supply, and other criteria. Each option is then scored against the criteria. The results can then be compared. Each criterion can also be weighted according to its relative importance to adjust the overall score. The Evaluator allows a group to participate in the evaluation. They record their individual scores and consolidate them into an overall scorecard. The results can be viewed in many formats and presented as a report. A baseline can be taken from the scorecard at any time for audit purposes. Scorecard templates can be made from existing evaluation criteria to quickly create a scorecard to evaluate a new set. Each criteria should be given a weight based on their relative importance.
