Ereca is an online database for real estate companies that contains their employees, agents and brokers as well as their property information. It allows for payroll calculations across multiple offices, tax codes and deal tracking as well as calculating commissions owed to brokers.
Enterprise Real Estate Collaboration Application (ERECA) was created by Retransform in order to combine CRM (Customer Relationship Management or Contact Relationship management) functionality with DTS (Deal Tracking System), giving full visibility. It is designed for large brokers with employees, commission agents and sub brokers. It allows them to manage people, properties and payments in one place.
Ereca can manage large-scale property data and calculate complex commission payments with ease. It can generate a variety of financial and auditing reports based on payments and deals, and forecast revenue for the next year.
