EquiLend Clearing Services Description

EquiLend Clearing Services, (ECS), provides direct connectivity with CCPs for central clearing securities finance trades. Our services provide powerful trading and post-trade tools to increase efficiency and reduce risk. They can be integrated into an existing firm's environment and fully automated. We have connections to Eurex and OCC, and have developed a solution that can be used by all CCPs worldwide. The ECS Gateway allows all matched transactions to flow to a CCP and provides real-time updates to clients on settlement. ECS provides a front-to back solution for trade execution throughout the trade's lifecycle, including support for returns and recalls as well as corporate actions. Trade execution lifecycle management with single-name equity TRS. Notifications for reset, maturity, and unwind. Basket maintenance and advisory of key Swap attributes, including corporate actions and upcoming resets and maturity date.
