    They pay for reviews

    Date: Jan 19 2024

Summary: They pay for reviews online with Amazon card incentives. They trap you into a contract and you will not like the service and will still pay fees monthly.

Positive: Nothing i didn't like anything. Although the website is easy to use there are a lot of hidden stuff you cant easily find.

Negative: Bad customer service they take days to respond to you.

    No regard for customers

    Date: Mar 25 2023

Summary: Whatever you do, do not give these people your credit card number. They will use it as their personal bank account and charge you thousands of dollars with or without your consent.

Positive: In the beginning, I really like the team that we were working with, and felt that they truly cared about my brand and bringing something to the table with SMS messaging. They had an ROI guarantee that was a great hook.

Negative: It was all downhill from there. After about a year on the platform, our attentive team was replaced by one who really could care less. They seemed hyper focused on getting us to send as many text messages as possible without regard for whether it would bring a return on the very high cost of sending so many messages. I also found out that they took our entire previous SMS list of 17,000 people and uploaded it to our Emotive account , including those who had opted out.
Also, whatever you do, do not give them your credit card. And thousands of dollars with or without your consent.
