Summary: What fascinates me most about this instrument is that we have the possibility to do any process with ElectroNeek with a little programming knowledge. Whatever the pre-built instruments on the market for RPA are, they are mostly licensed and remain partner-based, but when we talk about ElectroNeek, we only require visual analysis code, two extensions, and a customer guide, and we are ready to go

Summary: We implemented ElectroNeek for the HR CV gathering process and then automated the look-a-like process for our end client. Everything worked good.

Positive: As a senior developer, I can understand the architecture of the solution well enough to map the implementation for the end client.
The studio is on the intuitive end of the spectrum compared to similar solutions.
Online Academy is useful for gaining basic skills with products. While basic academy courses are free,  more in-depth content is available for customers. I don't have to educate developers in my team thanks to the academy.
Examples of bots are downloadable with detailed instructions on how to build them.
Migration of bots from other RPA platforms can be performed in a reasonable time.

Negative: The knowledge base could have better UX and structure. Not all content is translated into different languages.

Summary: For me personally, ElectroNeek has been a game-changer in automating. This has saved me a lot of time and effort, making my work much more efficient.

The platform has excellent customer service, providing alternative ways to solve problems that may arise during automation without interrupting the process. Lastly, it offers a smooth automation experience with its simple exception handling.

Negative: Although sometimes there may be tool operation delays, they are not typical.

Summary: The invoicing flow is now managed by IDP, and the entire process is automated by the ElectroNeek bot. Invoices are relocated to a specified Google Drive folder, processed, and transmitted to accounting software.

Not really a disadvantage, but worth noticing. Automation software is not a one-button solution. To automate the process, you must first learn about software. Though it is feasible to learn the fundamentals and accomplish the first little project in a short period of time.
