    Negative: All the features are up to the mark based on our company requirement where we are using it for lead, client and invoice management.

    Very Good User Friendly CRM System

    Summary: I have tried and user more than 10 CRM and settled with this.
    A very good interface which is very simple to use even for a basic employee and have many useful functions.

    Positive: A very simple and easy to use panel.
    They charge cost per company and not per user. Due to this, our expenditure is reduced by more than 90%.
    Have many features for lead management and lead followup.

    Negative: Not that I think of. They are having most of the required features for a company to management leads & clients.
