    Summary: This company cancelled my license for their booking platform AND a third party license for accounting -- effectively closing my business -- before the end of the Summer season and financial year. There seemed to be a cultural clash -- Australia vs Austria. A representative of a local tourism organisation offered to intercede, recognising the injustice of this company's actions. But her request to extend the cancellation period was refused. This company has ALL MY BUSINESS DATA -- withholding guest and accounting information for 10 years. They refuse to give me access to my data. The manager making this decision knew that I had no computer or access to any files. All my info was with this company as offsite storage! They are an unreliable business partner.

    Positive: Idea and advertising blurb. It promised so much but didn't perform. It seemed to be ok, my husband used it until 2018. In 2023 I requested an additional feature (website) which turned into a fiasco. Since then there was a total deterioration in communication and TWICE I needed to ask a representatives of the local tourism organisation to help me to get the products I had paid a year in advance for! Didn't work!

    Negative: Confusing, convoluted program, limited, inconsistent support, ZERO service. Australian business ideals don't seem to align with this company's.
