    Excellent Collaboration Platform

    Summary: As a small marketing agency that started as a two-man team, we used to work together using only Google Drive. But as we grew larger (we now have team members all over the globe) and our work became more complex, we quickly realized how lacking our approach was. That’s why we started looking for a different solution. We’ve tried a handful, but we ultimately settled with EasyContent because of its competitive pricing, great UI, and ease of use. Overall, if you’re looking for a content collaboration platform, give EasyContent a spin! Maybe, like us, you’ll also find the perfect collaboration platform for your team.

    Positive: It has all the tools a content marketing team needs. Write, edit, review, manage, track, and share articles all in one place. In addition to that, they have an excellent support team; any problems we encounter get addressed or resolved quickly.

    Negative: Asset management needs improvement. It’s quite hard to use because of the lack of filtering options as well as the inability to reuse files on different items. However, at the time of this writing, their support told us they are working on rebuilding this feature so, by the time you read this review, it might’ve been changed already.

    Summary: Apart from the file management system, EasyContent is overall an excellent collaboration platform. All the necessary tools my team needed are present and there aren’t any useless ones. Each and every single feature we’re able to utilize. It's simple but it gets the job done hassle-free.

    Positive: Content editor and workflow tracking in one. A bunch of additional tools is also included to make things even easier.

    Negative: Their file management system is hard to use because there are no filters.

    Excellent Customer Service

    Summary: We rarely encounter any issues but when we do, their support is there to help us. It was also easy to access everything without even learning or FAQs.

    Positive: Customer service responds quickly. We experienced a problem with one of our projects and their support helped us fix it quickly.

    Negative: Only WordPress integration at the moment. We have clients using a wide range of CMS, it’s a shame we can’t automate publishing for those.

    Competitively Priced Content Operations Platform

    Summary: Pretty much happy with the EasyContent. It made team collaboration so much easier and faster. I would definitely recommend this one!

    Positive: Write content, track status, set deadlines, and assign users all in one platform. No need to use a bazillion different apps for different things.

    Negative: Lack of 3rd party CMS integrations. It’s great that they have WordPress integration, but we also use Joomla, Drupal, Shopify as well. Hopefully, they implement them in the future.
