This platform enables property owners and management teams to oversee essential elements like properties, floors, rooms, beds, tenants, occupancy rates, rental payments, deposits, and utility charges. Tenants are able to make direct payments to the owners using methods like UPI, cash, or bank transfers, while also having the option to provide payment evidence; operators are responsible for recording or confirming these transactions. Among its features are scheduled WhatsApp reminders for rent, document-based tenant KYC that requires owner approval, a system for handling complaints, managing visitor requests, issuing notices, overseeing inventory, setting staff permissions, and generating reports in PDF or Excel formats. Additionally, an optional WhatsApp AI assistant is available to aid owners in checking outstanding dues and logging supported updates in Hindi, Hinglish, or English, including voice messages, with a confirmation step before finalizing any changes. Remarkably, there are no fees for owners, managers, staff, or tenants, as the service operates without any subscription costs, setup fees, per-bed or per-property charges, and does not take any commission on rental income.
