You won't forget to invoice for a job. eTrace automatically creates a list with jobs that are "waiting for invoices". Each job can be selected to generate an invoice. You can track invoice payments status and see which jobs have been paid. You can search for customers by name, phone number, address, region, work order number, customers awaiting booking, and many other criteria. All files are stored on an industrial strength server in a secure and protected data centre. It has fast network connections, mirrored backup systems, and solid infrastructure. Staff can access their work orders and schedules from anywhere they have internet access, whether they are at home or at work.
