Summary: Overall using the program was really helpful for the type of work i had to deliver to my client and it worked out in the end thanks to the teams' support!

Positive: The support really helped because otherwise i think it would be very difficult to use the program without any previous knowledge or technical support.

Negative: It's not something you can really use "intuitively" and there were some bugs, but the technical support promptly helped solve it. The feature i used (Tanks program), the meteorological characteristics are made only for USA, so if you're European you're going to have to use a similar state and not your country of interest.

Summary: The newest version is more difficult to navigate overall, although there is still learning to be done.

Positive: We are a long time user and can say that it is a great product and their tech side provides great service. Recommended for SDS authoring.

Negative: Patch integrations can be disruptive at times, however are always quickly addressed.

Summary: Overall good for our purposes, maybe a little overcomplicated but it allows us to see potential other uses for the software

Positive: -central location to keep all of our records
-overall great customer service (Raphael is the best)

Negative: -not intuitive to use
-interface updates (which look nice) without notifying users - have to try to relearn how to use software/applications when this happens
-some important things seem to change in the background with no one at ERA able to explain why

Summary: I regularly use other 3rd party systems to upload product information for customers. This is the most time consuming and awkward system I have used.

Positive: The material approval dashboard is easy to navigate and see where all product reviews are in process.

Negative: The Process flow for EDS Approval is awkward and time consuming.
The upload template is confusing, requires specific formats and is long to fill out.
The upload process takes 20-30 minutes.
The hidden screens in the EDS review for Manufacturer sign off (Data should load to 1 screen, review and sign off).
If an entry is loaded twice, it duplicates the formulations causing one to have to manually delete line by line (Extremely time consuming). Need a way to delete all and upload new info for the user.
