Summary: I don't plan on leaving my company any time soon, but if I did and went to another company with a similar job and they did not use ERA then my first duty would be to implement it.

Positive: I have 5 facilities that use the software. It is easy to use with a broad user base and it is easy to customize it for your own application. I have a couple of custom reports that I use for some very specific air permit reporting. There ar sufficient modules to cover every environmental aspect that you must manage with a large, medium or small facility.

Negative: I have only used it for 20 years and have not had time to find any cons. Even back in its beginning days it solved lots of reporting issues for me.

Summary: Met all commitments and actually turned my project quicker than expected. I was impressed by their expertise and responsiveness.

Positive: They correspond when needed and always deliver. Communication and work ethic were highlighted as impressive aspects of the company. Love how easy the program software is to use.

Negative: Pricing is somewhat questionable but you get what you pay for.

Summary: Overall, ERA EHS software is a robust and dependable solution for regulatory compliance and SDS management. It simplifies complex classification tasks, ensures alignment with Malaysia’s CLASS regulations, and minimizes manual errors. The software’s automation and accuracy make it an essential tool for chemical manufacturers and regulatory teams. Despite minor limitations in system speed and template flexibility, the overall experience is highly positive and productive.

Positive: ERA EHS software provides a well-structured and comprehensive platform for managing SDS authoring and chemical compliance. I appreciate how it integrates Malaysia CLASS regulations and GHS Rev.3 requirements seamlessly, eliminating the need for manual classification adjustments. The system is intuitive, supports detailed data input for physical and chemical properties, and automatically generates consistent SDS formats. The support team is responsive and knowledgeable about regulatory details, which makes implementation and troubleshooting smooth. The automation features save significant time compared to manual document preparation.

Negative: The system can be slightly slow when generating large or data-heavy SDS files. The learning curve is moderate, especially for new users unfamiliar with regulatory classification workflows.

Summary: ERA has been dependable and helpful for my company for several years. I know I can reach out to a real person who can help provide me answers whenever I need them.

Positive: The support from real human beings is excellent. Arezoo has been particularly helpful with explanations and flexible with my busy schedule. I use the ERA service to make SDSs for my company's end products and it has been used reliably here by others for several years.

Negative: Nothing that I have seen in my usage has been bad.

Summary: Overall, my experience is positive. I've worked mostly with Alexandra and she's very amazing at providing information and help to me and my team.

Positive: Excellent customer service. Every time I need help or assistance with anything, ERA representatives are always very efficient in responding. They are readily available to answer emails or to set up meetings to make sure answers are provided.

Negative: Sometimes there are glitches in the system, and I constantly need help navigating and finding things due to slightly confusing system.

Summary: overall, a very good experience. I have been told VB was the first customer and we have always been taken care of

Positive: ease of use of the product and professionalism of staff are the two biggest pros for me at Vaughan-Bassett

Negative: None really but I do get a new person taking care of our account more often than I would like

Summary: Overall, everyone at ERA has been very supportive. It took time for me to understand all the customizable options in the software and, truth be told, I probably will call on them more in the future.

Positive: Being able to reach a Tech Support person when I encounter an issue. There was always someone available to help if I had an issue.

Negative: Some of the more custom changes I need to make for my SDS's were a little difficult to achieve but, with repeated help from Tech Support, we were able to overcome these obstacles.

Summary: Overall, it’s a reliable and well-structured database that greatly supports NPRI work and simplifies the entire report-generation process.

Positive: The platform is extremely easy to use, even for beginners, and the support team is impressively responsive, offering fast, helpful assistance whenever needed.

Negative: Some intermittent bugs appear in the system, and although they are addressed, fixes can take a noticeable amount of time.

Summary: Overall using the program was really helpful for the type of work i had to deliver to my client and it worked out in the end thanks to the teams' support!

Positive: The support really helped because otherwise i think it would be very difficult to use the program without any previous knowledge or technical support.

Negative: It's not something you can really use "intuitively" and there were some bugs, but the technical support promptly helped solve it. The feature i used (Tanks program), the meteorological characteristics are made only for USA, so if you're European you're going to have to use a similar state and not your country of interest.

Summary: The newest version is more difficult to navigate overall, although there is still learning to be done.

Positive: We are a long time user and can say that it is a great product and their tech side provides great service. Recommended for SDS authoring.

Negative: Patch integrations can be disruptive at times, however are always quickly addressed.
