Summary: Product implementation team has been exceptionally responsive to our needs. Each time we have had a question, modification request, or customization issue, they have been very quick to respond in the right way. Seems to have gone quite smoothly.

Positive: Very customizable: content of each inspection, notifications, timing, etc. Integration with other modules we are planning on implementing (e.g., environmental, MOC tracking) seems to be very well planned in advance.

Negative: Some of it not intuitive and slightly confusing for completing each inspection. Seems to be overcome by training, and other parts were customized to make more simple per our requirements/request.

Summary: Excellent Experience! Wonderful support team with timely response. Best wishes for 2026 and beyond!!

Positive: Sarah has put together an excellent team of professionals who has been working with us for last 10+ years. As a specialty chemical manufacturer, we have unique requirements all the time. ERA-EHS and SDS team always come through for us in timely manner.

Negative: I look forward to see a semi-automated version of SDS generation method in multiple languages

Negative: It may take a while to adjust to changes in the interfaces.

Summary: I have been using this software for the past three years, and it has been a great and simple tool to use.

Positive: What I like about this software is that it is very user friendly and adaptive. One of the features I like to use is coping, editing and building new SDSs from pre-existing ones with similar chemical intermediates instead of starting to build the new one from the beginning.

Negative: I learned that it is pricey when compared to other software's in the market, but altogether it is worth it.

Summary: Great, does what I need it to in a fairly easy format/interface. This is a great program to mange environmental data and run reports specifically for what you need. Some of the interfaces can be complex, but with some training a lot can be learned.

Positive: Handles a lot of different calculations and easy to run different types of reports. Easy to update material data and input data. Lots of different capabilities.

Negative: Can be a bit confusing. There are tons of different ways to do things, hasn't been easy to figure out the import data function. System can be simple but also complex depending on how far you want to integrate things.

Summary: My experience with ERA extends more than ten years and with their assistance we have customized templates which are professional in appearance and content. I rely on the staff at ERA, the system they have developed and their willingness to help when needed. ERA's system is reliable and always available when needed, and their thoughtful updates continue to increase the value I receive from having them as one of my most valued business partners. They provide much more than a software platform and have exceeded my expectations in every area required for us to remain compliant with various regulations and have provided me with the peace of mind that I made the right decision to work with them.

Positive: ERA's system is easy to use with comprehensive details which are backed up by scientific research. The staff are incredibly helpful and talented, and always bring solutions to ensure our operational success.

Negative: I cannot report any cons with the ERA products. There is no reason for not considering ERA as a solution to your business needs.

Summary: The ERA software is easy to use and does exactly what we need. The ERA team is very professional and creates a system that has led to significant time savings. Our experience with ERA has been great so far.

Positive: The ERA software package if very intuitive. The ERA team has made implementation easy and relatively stress free. They have been working hard to make our setup exactly what we want and what works best for us.

Negative: I honestly can't think of much if anything that would be a con. We are new users of the ERA suite, and are still implementing pieces. The biggest con has been the fact that we had not done this years earlier.

Summary: This is the only SDS authoring program I have ever used so my opinion will be biased, but I believe it's the best out there and the individuals at ERA make it better.

Positive: Exceptional customer service. Every individual I have had the pleasure of talking to has been prompt, cordial, and professional.

Negative: None. There is a learning curve to the program, but that is to be expected of every program.

Summary: Very good software to get if you are in the EHS field. Just make sure you pay attention to the employees when they are teaching you on how to use and upload items.

Positive: This software is really nice. We use it in three different facilities for tracking of the paint logs and others. ERA employees who help with issues or uploading items make it really easy to use and answer or help with any questions.

Negative: Little bit of a learning curve to get it working on your user end. After that it is great.

Summary: I feel really confident when using their software. Because I know if there was ever a question or Issue, someone is always there willing to help me.

Positive: I love the support that we get when we have questions regarding reports. The software is user friendly as well.

Negative: I don't really have a Con for using the software. If I ever have a question, the staff is always there to support.

Summary: The modules will not replace a good EHS person, but will make a good EHS person much more efficient by taking over many of the time-wasting but necessary compliance tasks. It is also extremely good for generating documentation for inspectors.

Positive: I save hundreds of hours every year by using ERA modules. I also can rely on ERA expertise to replace very expensive consultants for doing major projects like revising SDS, developing training, and managing compliance deliverables.

Negative: I had to work closely with a dedicated support team to overcome deficiencies with the training LIMS. Now that everything has been fixed, it literally hums along in the background generating reminder emails and amazing KPI dashboards that I can show at regular meetings.

Summary: Once we learned everything I love this program. It is so much quicker to use than how we used to do it. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who uses this type of program.

Positive: I love that we don't have to calculate things manually and being able to upload the information we need in batches. It makes it less likely to make errors and have all the correct information for us to use. I used to spend hours manually entering things into our old program.

Negative: It's a lot to learn but worth it in the long run.

Summary: Powerful and reliable Environmental Material Approval software ideal for large operations; costly and complex for small teams.

Positive: Comprehensive Environmental compliance, customizable modules, great support, strong reporting, user-friendly.

Negative: High cost, long setup time, complex interface, limited self-customization, vendor dependence.

Summary: New updates have made many tasks much easier. An invaluable tool for maintaining and reporting environmental requirements.

Positive: A great solution for environmental record keeping and reporting. Tree navigation with favorites and dashboards keep processes simple.

Negative: There are a few forms that seem out-of-sync consistency-wise where odd clicks or mouse movements are needed to complete.

Summary: I don't plan on leaving my company any time soon, but if I did and went to another company with a similar job and they did not use ERA then my first duty would be to implement it.

Positive: I have 5 facilities that use the software. It is easy to use with a broad user base and it is easy to customize it for your own application. I have a couple of custom reports that I use for some very specific air permit reporting. There ar sufficient modules to cover every environmental aspect that you must manage with a large, medium or small facility.

Negative: I have only used it for 20 years and have not had time to find any cons. Even back in its beginning days it solved lots of reporting issues for me.
