EASY ACQUISITION Description

Easy Acquisition™, the Marposs basic measuring software and SPC software, runs on Microsoft Excel®. It is suitable for simple manual applications using static acquisition or manually driven dynamic acquire with a limited sampling rate (40 sample/s). The measurement value is acquired from the Marposs display units Quick Read and E4N, interface units Easy Box™, DigiCrown or GagePod, U-Com wireless gauges of Wave family, Quick Digit Bluetooth wireless indicator, and third-party serial devices. Display and creation of measurements with tolerance values. Basic statistical analysis (SPC), of the collected measurement data (Histograms, Sample Value Charts, X&R). It is possible to configure an app with multiple drivers and then with different devices. The Formula Wizard simplifies measurement formula programming by defining the type of measurement and related sensors. Easy Acquisition™, software automates SPC elaboration.
