E-Z-MRP Description
MRP Software will plan your material requirements in the same way that you do. Inventory and production planning are not difficult or complicated. E-Z-MRP analyzes all your customer orders and forecasts. From your bills of materials (BOMs), it calculates what you need to produce and buy. It subtracts everything that you have on hand or on order. E-Z-MRP then calculates the lead time needed to make or purchase each item. It also calculates when to place your purchase orders and when to open work orders. This will ensure that your products are completed on time to meet your customers' shipping dates. E-Z-MRP software is not as complex as other material planning software products. It doesn't require you to do anything that you don’t want to do to get the production planning information you need.
