Negative: From my experience, Dronedesk has no real drawbacks. It performs reliably and meets the needs of professional drone operators exceptionally well.

Summary: Overall, I think if you are working commercially or with enterprise drones, this is a must-have. It is a great way for new pilots to continue familiarizing themselves with what is needed to fly legally.

Positive: One of the main pros of Dronedesk is having everything you need to complete to operate enterprise-level drones in one place. This if furthered by being able to access information from previous jobs or customers making the process more efficient as well as a downloadable RAMs PDF.

I think being able to sync your flight logs from the RC onto the website is also a great time saver, so a valued feature.

Negative: I have struggled to find any major issues. I am fairly new to the enterprise world, but this has made understanding all the elements needed easy to manage and follow, meaning I know I am following the rules.

You can post flight plans for all aviators to see and download your flight data into your profile to maintain the necessary records to manage a profesional profile that will stand up to official auditing protocols.

This platform is being continuously updated to keep step with current policy and practice requirement.

Negative: There is nothing about this platform not to like.

Summary: Superb value. Pays for itself time and again. I rely on it for flight planning and all record keeping under CAA rules as well as manage permissions.

Positive: Saves hours of research, saves paperwork and accurately records all the essential tasks in managing drone flights. I love the amazing support offered and the feeling you get knowing your set up in terms of any audits. I estimate it saves me a minimum of 2 to 3 hours work and when I need to apply for permissions such as to local. Authorities I get no issues.

Negative: Takes a little pain to adapt existing systems but the support is superb and the pain is minimised.

Negative: The only minor drawback we've experienced is that the address pinpointing isn't always 100% accurate. Occasionally requiring manual adjustment to ensure the correct location is selected. It's a small issue in the grand scheme of things and doesn’t take away from how efficient and useful the platform is overall.

Summary: The experience has been first class, including direct contact with the top level of staff to discuss improvements and functionality. The developers of this software platform are passionate, and it is constantly improving.

Positive: The platform covers all the bases for drone operations and saves a lot of time in mission planning. All information is in one place: currency hours, certification expiry warnings, and all the other small details that could be overlooked on a manual system.

Negative: The only negative aspect I can think of is that it launches a new tab when logging in, but in the grand scheme of things, an extra browser tab is no issue.

Summary: We now couldn't operate without Dronedesk, it is allowing us to make sure every light is safe and legal and see what all members of the team are up to.

Positive: Dronedesk allows us to spend more time flying and less time on admin, allows for efficiencies and brings all of our paperwork and compliance into one platform.

Negative: Can at times be a little slow on a mobile device, would be great if it was a full iOS app..

Summary: Very good product that saves hours of office time planning flights and post flight reporting and logs.

Positive: The automated pre site survey, weather reports, NOTAMS and airspace users, integration to other platforms and the production of flight reports.

Negative: The lack of analysis/stats per project that would enable us to compare actual flight times compared to quotes. Otherwise not a lot

Summary: Since we have started using drone desk all our records are up to date and managed in one place. Flight plans are planned, written, completed and archived on drone desk and the package itself assists with planning information making it really easy to plan flights.

Positive: Everything is in 1 place and is easy to navigate. Preparing flight plans and pulling information is easy.

Negative: I don't have any, i caters to exactly what i need.

Summary: Excellent product allowing easy logging and producing almost instant risk assessments. Has made my life a little easier.

Summary: Very nice and I bet the upgrades will be nice. I look forward to seeing upgrades as they develop. Maybe make it easier to transition between categories and auto save

Positive: I like the Client list, location ID, the Quote and Paid Invoice part. It would be nice if more things were "default" i would like to see the Load Sheet work better

Summary: Overall I'm very happy with Dronedesk, they make job planning very easy and much quicker, price has gone up considerably since I first joined but lots of new features and improvements have been made in that time also.

Positive: I like having everything together under one umbrella, planning is made quick and easy and it even prompts you if you need to contact NATs etc.

Negative: Finding what you want or being able to update details like a flyer ID can be tricky.

Summary: Overall, I would suggest Dronedesk to any drone business owner. I'm not using the program to its full potential yet but I'm sure Ill get there.

Positive: Dronedesk has everything I need to help me run the administrative side of my business. I can add new customers, plan new jobs, bid the jobs, invoice them and it even has weather forecasting for the area Ill be flying in. Its very scalable but also basic enough for proficiency in a small business like mine.

Negative: There's so much that drone desk offers that I just don't know how to use yet. It can be a little overwhelming at first because it offers so much in the product.
