Summary: Easy to use for work, easy to teach fellow employees and no crashing like other software. Phone app works great for when outside.

Positive: Easy to use.

Easy to run work safety and keep up to date with what fellow employees have completed.

Negative: No real cons, have not had a issue or a crash as of yet, and easy to use on the phone.

Summary: I really like the app. I use Donesafe every day and up to 10 times a week for various inspections around the branch. I like that I can use it on the company phone and not have to fill in paperwork which then would be scanned and then filed. As stated above I would like more of a visual to all inspections, I am not the branch manager but am the SafeR champion for the branch.

Positive: The Donesafe app is User Friendly and Time efficient. The Dashboard not only gives a snapshot of in progress and completed inspections but it also helps trigger inspections/audits. The app saves on endless paperwork and scanning making it environmentally friendly.

Negative: I would like to see all inspections completed by the branch. I would like the forklift and vehicle inspections either remember the vehicles in the branch rather than entering a long ID number each time or have a short list of the ID numbers in the branch.

Summary: Would recommend using this software to all crew and managers to make sure everything is recorded and saved.

Positive: Like the easiness of using the software to fill in reports load photo's and video's, easy to tech how to use.

Negative: Sometimes a little slow using on a mobile device.

Summary: Donesafe has been great to set up and use to make our safety management system more efficient and effective.

Positive: Donesafe is a quick and user-friendly system to manage all our health & safety, quality and contractor management.

Negative: We haven't found any issues to date, our set-up was quick and easy including videos and documentation.

Summary: Does what it says it will, handles all compliance requirements in the restaurant and compiles it to an easy to read system.

Positive: User-friendly, very intuitive, and perfect for what we need it for. Use it consistently with no issues.

Negative: Nothing, very happy with the webpage, no issues at all.

Summary: Great integrated safety management system which it covers all safety legislation compliance requirements with different modules.

Positive: Donesafe is a really smart and integrated online platform for safety that covers most of WHS management processes with different modules.
Great interface, very agile and flexible on customising forms, reports, etc.
The good thing is action management modules that users are able to raise an action from every forms and checklists like prestart, inspections and audits, meeting like toolbox talk, etc.

Negative: I believe it already fulfill a user needs and I can say it could be one of the top 5 system/app in the market for WHS.

Summary: Used in the workplace Donesafe is an easy service that allows us to review safety procedures in store

Positive: Easy to use and understandable allows for viewers to easily digest reports, incidents etc. We use this to understand hazards in the workplace and is an efficient way to report issues with ease.

Negative: There is nothing to note in the cons for Donesafe, after having only used it once monthly i have always had a positive experience with Donesafe.

Summary: Thanks for setting this system in to place. The associates should all read and do these tasks as described.

Positive: Donesafe makes sure the fix of anything wrong is fixed immediately which is great for our store. We can sign off then.

Negative: Most of the people don't read the emails much less do them.

Summary: Good program. This was my first time using and other than not being sure that I was finished it worked great.

Positive: Ease of use. It was straight forward and concise. Anyone should be able to use with next to no training.

Negative: Needs a place to put a completed item snappy. After fixing the problem an after picture would be beneficial.

Summary: This is a great site to use for the information of things to help with easy to use it for thing on yourself.

Positive: A site with great things to help you find out what you need to know and it is easy to use this site for information.

Negative: Have not found anything that is not helpful on this site.

Summary: Recommended products for professionals in big organization especially hospitality industries such as hotel, restaurants and other services enterprises.

Positive: What a great product which help tremendously my work and security as my I am dealing with multi approach in the hotel where each department needs attention while security and convenience are maintained.

Negative: Overall is fine, however my personal opinion is to enhance its tutorial or how to use the report using virtual tools such as animation.

Summary: As a first time user to Donesafe, it has been an easy transition to understand the program and use the content.

Positive: Intuitive program with access to immediate help through the quick reference guides. That the program tracks actions to completion. Aspects of the program can be set at different levels of authority. That reports can be generated from the data. Privacy of data.

Negative: Temporary delegation cannot be added during times of absence to another individual.
Audit trail not comprehensive enough

Summary: Overall I am satisfied with this new tool and the benefits it brings for the safety of our customers.

Positive: Easy to navigate and document issues when they present themselves. I would definitely recommend this product.

Negative: N/A I haven't really had any cons that have come up when using this product.
