Summary: Great product if you have the support of your leadership. This is key, you need to have a team that is willing to use this new tool and support it.

Positive: Domo is easy to use, easy to learn, and democratizes data for our firm. We were able to upskill our entire intern group in a matter of weeks. The user experience is sleek and the drill paths are very useful and easy to set up.

Negative: Data connection can take time. Setting up processes to manage data cleanliness is the responsibility of the admin and it can sometimes be hard to track what to remove. Pricing is a difficult conversation for smaller user cases.

Summary: Domo has been a great tool in my industry. It’s useful in seeing what factors are driving my business so I can be more efficient in my efforts.

Positive: Data is real time.
Quick access to data without having to spend a lot of time interpreting the metrics and data.
Mobile app is really polished.

Negative: Exporting data into an excel spreadsheet or file can sometimes be a little challenging. Could be due to user error, though.

Summary: Overall I've been using DOMO with my current company for the past few months and its really helped streamline the process. In comparison to Google Sheet and Excel there's way less clutter and more immediate access to data.

Positive: The ability to manipulate and visualize data in a way that's digestable for our clients has improved our weekly/biweekly touch-base greatly.

As well as it's simple to use platform that makes exporting reports quick and efficient.

Negative: There's not much to dislike when it comes to DOMO. I would suggest having a more hands-on rep to help navigate the additional nuances of the platform so that we're maximizing its output

Summary: Overall this is a great tool with nearly limitless functionality. This tool is excellent for all levels of data scientists to work within.

Positive: I like the ease of pulling in countless data sets, cross referencing them and easily displaying graphics/numbers/exportable data with insights that myself and our internal team can act upon. The ease alone allows someone such as myself, a marketing minded individual, to look at data and make recommendations/action items to our team versus having to work through a SQL/Data Expert and waiting for the interpretation.

Negative: The only thing that would be above and beyond is if the system would allow me to send scheduled reports to an external email address (meaning to my clients).

Summary: The overall design of Domo and functionality of Domo is great. The workbench, dataflows, and beast modes make it easy to bring in data and manipulate it as needed.

Positive: Regular updates to add useful, important functionality such as the Variables and Fixed functions. These missing functions would have been a con but Domo has done a great job adding new functionality to keep up with competition on top of an already great product.

Negative: The lack of fixed placement on dashboard designs. When attempting to design the dashboard, it can be a time consuming process to constantly re-do layouts if you make an error or decide you do not like the change. A drag and drop option with the ability to resize on the mouse to a grid would be a lot more user friendly. Would love to see more training materials such as walkthroughs on how certain Demo sites were created.

Summary: I definitely recommend it as a BI tool, it makes life easier if you are the analyst building all dashboards, but it also makes it easy if you are only consuming the data.

Positive: It is easy to use and manage the data, and also powerful to do transforms and manipulate it the way needed. The Magic ETL makes it super easy to do SQL transforms, in an intuitive way.
Creating and managing dashboards is also easy and in minutes you can have the data you need in several different visualizations to meet the needs of the company.

Negative: Although I understand the reason behind it, it can be expensive to have all the nice features Domo has to offer, such as the Data Science module for example.

Summary: I love it! DOMO has made my job so much easier - the charts, graphs, and tables are easy to read and understand.

Positive: DOMO is extremely user friendly with all of the information I need with a few simple clicks. The charts are easy to read and understand and make completing reports so simple. I would recommend this tool for anyone in the housing industry.

Negative: The only con is that the charts in DOMO are not easy to isolate to download and share.

Summary: Overall, 10/10. The product team was so helpful and answered all questions we had. We have been working with them for over a year at this point on creating our perfect platform and they have absolutely delivered.

Positive: I love how easily customizable the dashboards are. Any visual you can think of, they can create and it's seamless.

Negative: The only con we had was in regards to challenges with uploading some of the data we wanted incorporated, but the challenges were not on the Domo side.

Summary: Solid experience with no down time, decent support, and new features releasing a faster pace than our development can keep up, if Domo doesn’t already cover what you need, it will soon!

Positive: Provides an economical comprehensive data solution: data warehousing, pipelines between all of our business applications, and ETL + presentation/dashboarding to cover all of our KPI and Alert needs.

Negative: With the flexibility of options available (and always growing), some expertise can be needed to take advantage of everything.

Summary: It's a great solution for analytics need and is very easy to learn and use. DOMO does listen to your needs.

Positive: Magic ETL: Domo's easy-to-use ETL solution is one of the great feature and makes life easy for the users and reduces the dependency on other teams to provide them with transformed data.

New Features: DOMO keeps adding new features and keeps the users existed.

Administration and ToolKit: DOMO made data governance easy for the company.

Connectors: DOMOs AppStore has huge collection of connectors and makes it easy to get data into or out of DOMO.

Negative: Available Chart Types can be enhanced; They do have option to use DDX Bricks for more advanced charts, but not an easy solution for people with basic coding skills.

Summary: Excellent. This is great, I like Domo, it is a great tool.

Positive: Presentations were informative and nice. I liked the concept and content. Good to have Scott as Abbott rep.

Negative: None.

Summary: Domo is great! By far the easiest platform to use and learn. Making changes and diving in to the details is very easy and makes using and accessing the data very easy for anyone who may need to.

Positive: Domo is very intuitive in the sense that it has features that allow you to do analysis and answer questions very easily. Deep diving in to the data is very easy and requires few clicks.

Negative: Some changes appear out of nowhere. The changes are great, sometimes we are just caught by surprise

Summary: Domo is an amazing tool to help enable business intelligence. Our analysts are able to get data into the hands of key stakeholders quickly and efficiently. I'd highly recommend giving this tool a spin if you're looking for a solution in the BI space and don't want to pay for a dozen tools when this one can be your Swiss Army Knife.

Positive: Domo's Magic ETL tool enables business users to quickly take disparate sources of data and start combining them, no code required!

Negative: The Analyzer (Chart builder) tool can be a little intimidating to newer users, and some features are hidden or paywalled (without any real indication to end users that they are even available).

Summary: Undoubtedly this program has been fundamental for the construction of the whole process of cyclical integration of my organization, that is to say we can have a great performance in terms of data analysis of any type of situation or event that requires to be investigated. Domo has served to increase our confidence in decision making. If what you need is a software that integrates with multiple objectives that lead to data analysis I suggest you use Domo.

Positive: I like this program because it simply suited what I was looking for, I was interested in a product that cared about my customer specific data and in turn integrating it into a consistent sales plan. This way, I was always going to get an incredible repeatable analysis process that was going to help me make a profit because of the information management.

Negative: Domo has a problem with specific integrations of external platforms.

Summary: For managing data mining sessions Domo can be one of the most beneficial services within the network. It is interesting to be able to work with isolated spaces without code, and it seems to us that among all the dynamics that Domo offers this is the most attractive, since data exploration is the basis of any analysis, and Domo makes this task a practical one.

Positive: One of the most ergonomic advantages obtained through Domo is the possibility of doing multi-variant analysis, since we can include information from other types of analysis, such as statistical regression, to review the results from different points. The ability to make analytical forecasts is also a positive feature.

Negative: In reference to business intelligence-oriented tools, ad hoc analyses take longer than the others to run, and if it is big data analysis, you cannot make predictions as well as with the others, nor can you integrate all kinds of data modeling.
