    Summary: They keep billing you, even after you cancel. Do not give them you account information or they will never stop billing you. Here we are 6 month after we cancelled and they are still giving us the run around.
    We send them proof that we cancelled and still they keep billing us.

    Positive: NONE they are horrible, terrible support. Their customer support is useless and only thing they are good for is billing you.

    Negative: If zero were allowed I would have given them a zero.

    Terrible company, no real value to the customer and once you try and cancel good luck.
