Summary: Overall, DocuSend is a great tool to store and send documents without any hassle. The documents get stored securely for future use.

Positive: -It offers a very well-organized and straightforward UI.
-You can create shortened links.
-All your documents get stored in a secure manner.
-You can open documents directly in DocuSend HTML viewer.

Negative: -Sometimes the website gets crashed suddenly.
-Absence of pdf converter.

Summary: I'm quite satisfied. Everything is mailed exactly as expected. I like that remote employees can now mail things right from their laptops.

Positive: Provides a safe and efficient means of mailing. Very good print quality. The setup for multiple employees was easy.

Negative: None. Since everything worked as promised there is nothing I can complain about.

Summary: Good, will definitely make the mailing process much better. I wish I would have known of this sooner.

Positive: The Speed of being able to send our log price sheets. i have a list of approximately 80 log suppliers, previously i was doing everything by hand, DocuSend saved me hours of stuffing envelopes, saving thousands of dollars every year.

Negative: Having to do the mail merge on Excel to a PDF document. DocuSend should have an option to just send the Excel mailing list without having to go through the mail merge option.

Summary: Overall, I love it! I’m very glad I can use them! I used to not offer paper mailing as an option, now I don’t mind it at all.

Positive: Affordable, convenient and professional. Integrates perfectly with QuickBooks Online. Very easy to use.

Negative: UI is a bit clunky, needs to be updated but not difficult.

Summary: Great service easy to use, we encountered no problems, we highly recommend this service, well worth the money.

Positive: We are a community association and this is a great time saver when we send out out bill and mailings. Alice answers all of our questions as well as resolves any problems that arise.

Negative: Would like to be able to download a copy of each mailing we sent out but not a big deal.

Summary: Very satisfied and have been for many years, invoices go out quickly and look professional with return envelopes and appreciate the feature to add inserts to each mailing easily.

Positive: The take all of the work out of invoicing. We have used this service for years and our invoices go out to our customers who choose to received their invoices by mail seamlessly each month. I would recommend DocuSend to anyone who mail invoices and uses a compatible invoicing software.

Negative: No cons to using this service, it works great and has great features.

Summary: Customer support is the fastest I have ever experienced. It seems every time I reach out a response is there as I refresh my page.

Positive: The DocuSend integration was seamless. In fact, their network engineer provided the coding examples while on the phone with me and I was able to complete the API integration around 30 minutes! Their support and documentation made the process go smoothly and I was able to mail my clients invoices that same day I opened our account.

Negative: There are no cons everything was completely easy...

Summary: The experience has been great. The software is super easy to use once you set it up and store your settings. I would highly recommend.

Positive: Customization of settings; availability to speak with a service rep and/or IT person; ability to review documents before they are sent out; ease of uploading .pdf documents; recognition by the software of documents with the same mailing address and option to merge them to save even more money.

Negative: Every now and then the odd letter gets returned undeliverable and when I post it myself it gets delivered.

Summary: We use this for sending out rental statements to our tenants, and it enables us to do this easily for large document batches while we are traveling.

Positive: We've been using this for sending out documents when traveling abroad, and it is super reliable, quick and easy to use. Highly recommended.

Negative: Nothing. It just works and works well. It reliably delivers mail.

Summary: We should have done this long ago! The api integration has made it easy for us and our customers to print and mail invoices and letters simply and cost effectively.

Positive: Improved efficiency and productivity for my company. Easy to work with the api and the Development team is very responsive -- and they have added capabilities to meet our needs!

Negative: Nothing comes to mind....they have been very responsive to our needs and additional service asks.

Summary: We would definitely recommend DocuSend to any technology company looking to be able to automate paper mail.

Negative: We have not experienced any issues using the DocuSend platform.

Summary: We had a client say that they would come onto our SaaS platform, but they needed to have a way to mail out their invoices... We did some research and found DocuSend. After spending a few minutes on the phone with them I knew that the decision was right.

Positive: Easy to use API that we installed in less than 1 day. Top notch customer support and they did a great job of exceeding our expectations.

Negative: So far we don't have any cons for their services.
