The platform assists in maintaining engagement by sending automated reminders to recipients who have not yet opened their certificates, while also flagging any bounced emails for follow-up. Issuers can easily make corrections to certificates and resend them without incurring additional fees for each certificate issued. The platform supports certificate issuance in 13 languages, including Arabic, and allows for bilingual certificates as well. Data is securely hosted in Stockholm, Sweden, and each plan comes with a data processing agreement to ensure compliance.
