    Has potential, still very buggy

    Summary: The biggest issue I had with Delenta was related to session reminders. The feature stopped working for my clients in EST timezone, which caused a few of them to miss their appointments. Delenta tech support was quick to respond, however couldn't fix the issue, stating that it is only happening for my account. Not helpful and NOT reliable.

    Positive: Overall user interface is pleasant, easy to use. Has session tracking (for ICF) Supports multiple currencies.

    Negative: - buggy implementation of session reminders. Works for some clients, but not others, causing missed appointments, confusion for clients and extra work on my part.
    - poor calendar integration
    - re-scheduling feature creates extra "cancelled" sessions in the session log
