Summary: I totally recommend Deel. It's a safe platform with an amazing support in case you need it. And they are very quick to respond.

Positive: I don't mean to be a pushover but I simply love it. I had some issues connecting my bank account to Deel (my own fault), but their support team didn't fail to help me. Either on the chat or even through a video call. Every one of them who reached out to me was very helpful. They gave me all the necessary support. Everything was crystal clear, they kept me posted about my money and how the transaction was going.

Negative: The first time my transaction failed it took me a couple of days to get my money back. But even then, they were pretty clear about the process and reached out to me many times and made sure my money was safe.

Summary: I've had a good experience so far, I think it's a great tool for freelancers and contractors alike and will continue to use it.

Positive: I like the simplicity of use! My employer set up my contract, and my account and details were waiting in my inbox on my first day of work. I only needed to set up my 2FA and was already in business.

Negative: I would like it to have a section with the account details. For example when I tried withdrawing funds to Wise, I was asked to verify my Deel details because they didn't match exactly with my Wise account, and one of the things I was asked to send was my account number, which I couldn't find on the website.

Summary: Nice tool with only one con for me. You should check the possibility of using the biometrical of the phone for suck users like me.

Positive: Easy to use, nice to see, and cheap. I love the images that you pick for every message and also the information is always where you look first.

Negative: There are too many security steps. Accessing is hard the first time, and a little bit easier after that.

Summary: Great! No need to say anything else. Besides new ways to unload your account (like the card), I have no complaints about the product.

Positive: Super simple app, that goes straight to the point with no unnecessary features to block you of doing what it is supposed to do: help you sign a contract and receive/pay your invoices.

I love the way Deel is also super clean in terms of UI. They basically did not try to reinvent the wheel: a menu on the left, a clean design on the right and that's it.

Negative: I would love to have a debit card linked to my account.

Summary: It’s been better than I expected! I think it is good for me and my employer. It is something that I would like to keep continuing and propose to my employers.

Positive: It is really easy to withdraw the money and all the informations that I need was easily accessible. Also the taxes are nice and fair!

Negative: Sometimes the value of dollar exchange rate takes a time to update.

Summary: Very good product.
I really like and value de design of the platform, it its very user friendly.
Looking forward to keep using it.

Positive: I've been using Deel for 2 months more or less, its a great platform. I would love to have the physical card.

Negative: As i am from Argentina, the Physical Deel card is not available yet.

Summary: Very good, I'm super satisfied and attends all my needs. I highly recommend it to everyone and it's been an amazing experience so far.

Positive: Very easy to use, fast, and great support. Makes receiving payment a lot easier and it's also super transparent as to the details of payment processing. Also, the money always arrives way before the estimated date.

Negative: Wanted it be more responsive for mobile and also waiting for the card to be available in Brazil!

Summary: I truly love it. It’s amazing.

Summary: It's really good.
Fast deposit when it is to Wise, otherwise it takes a little bit longer.

Positive: Really simple and easy to use the platform.

Negative: Can't transfer directly to avenue, or to other investments platform.
Can't leave the money more then 30 days.
Worldwide deposits take a little longer.

Summary: It's being good so far. The UX can be improved as whole, but it works when I need. It should be simpler and could have some sort of investment management as well.

Positive: Deel is great with providing many ways to receive my money.
I also like the fact that you can manage a contract through the platform.

Negative: The way that the payments are shown could be better. It's a bit confusing to know what you received from what you'll receive. The user experience could be improved throughout the application.
