Summary: It's being good so far. The UX can be improved as whole, but it works when I need. It should be simpler and could have some sort of investment management as well.

Positive: Deel is great with providing many ways to receive my money.
I also like the fact that you can manage a contract through the platform.

Negative: The way that the payments are shown could be better. It's a bit confusing to know what you received from what you'll receive. The user experience could be improved throughout the application.

Summary: I first started using Deel a little more than two months ago. Once I had a concern that has been resolved very quickly by someone via chat.
As a user and as a UX Designer I appreciate how clear the web app is, every feature that I need is at hand, the experience is gast and ituitive. It surprises me how fast the money gets to the bank account that I've selected as a withdraw method.
I'd really recommend using Deel.

Positive: Simple user experience. Deel is very intuitive and clear. The learning curve was really soft, it was very easy getting to know what steps I had to do.

Negative: I asked for a Deel card to make a transfer. I payed 5 dollars for it. Once I had it, I tried to make the transaction (to activate my Wise account) and wasn't allowed. I would have preferred to know that information before.

Summary: Very easy and simple process.

Positive: Love the fact you guys offer multiple withdraw options. Fast payouts. Love Deel!

Negative: No cons, nothing bad to say. Keep up your great services.

Negative: I would like a dark mode option to become available soon. That's all.

Negative: I can't transfer money to another Deel account or maybe I couldn't figure out how to do it correctly.

Summary: I work from my country with a Canadian company. It is thanks to this platform that that is possible. For the company, it's a really efficient way of keeping up with employees and their payments, and for employees, it's a really easy way of keeping tack of payments, due dates and so on. I am really glad my company works with Deel. I really don't know how I would manage with something else.

Positive: You have the contract and payments all in the same place.
Really clear information about payments, dates, etc. You won't have any doubt about anything because the information is crystal clear.
There is a wide range of withdrawal methods to choose from, and also the opportunity for a digital debit card (that I think I will acquire in the near future).
Really a lifesaver for digital nomads, freelancers and global employees.

Negative: I had some issues while transferring money to my Wise account.

Summary: I highly recommend it, because it is really easy to receive payments and have contracts anywhere in the world, without so much paperwork.

Positive: I live in Argentina and it is the easiest, fastest and most efficient solution where I receive my monthly payments in the best way. Besides the money arrives quickly to my account, they have an excellent customer service.

Negative: Nothing at all :) Of all the platforms I know, it is the one that works best and charges the least commission.

Summary: I love the easy way how your platform works, it is amazing and allows me to use it without any complications.

Negative: The payment process sometimes is not effective. I think that is your payment processor (DLOCAL).

Negative: None that I can think of, maybe one con to note is the lack of automatically setup percentages among different withdrawal methods.

Summary: Despite the error mentioned above, it was an amazing usability experience so far, and most tasks I need to do were very simple and easy to do, as well as their support who was genuinely interested in solving my issues.

Positive: It was really easy to setup up my account, accept a contract, and manage changes, as adding a new withdrawal account or changing my account type.

Their support is also very nice and truly interested in solving your issues.

Negative: One thing that could be improved is the warning for missing docs and tax forms after you had a successfully set account. I have changed my account type, and ran a couple of months, before noticing there were a few documents pending. No errors were thrown nor displayed.
