Long Delays, Slow Support – Not Worth the Hassle for Small Users Date: May 28 2025
Summary: I was initially hopeful about using Decodo for a small automation test. But the process turned out to be overly complicated and time-consuming. Despite completing KYC and providing all documents, I couldn't use the service as intended. The support and compliance process dragged on for more than a week, and when I finally asked for a refund, I was told it could only be given as wallet credit. For individual users or small-scale testers, Decodo's strict process and poor flexibility make it more of a burden than a solution. Unless you’re a registered company with all legal documents ready and have time to wait, this service may not be worth the hassle.
