    Summary: disappointed beyond belief. They preach customer service, but when it comes down to it, they actually only want to continuously upsell you to the next shiny thing that they are investing in, even if you don't need it, and without any actual data that it will do what they say. They make assumptions of what you need in your business, attempt to tell you what you need, and what will benefit your business, when they don't have any actual knowledge, or again any actual data to base those assumptions or suggestions on. when it comes to contracts, they want to continuously keep you locked in a contract, that automatically renews, without notification, options to opt out, or cancel. Their solutions to your concerns are all just upgrade, and spend more.

    Positive: NONE, communication, execution, actual products are not great, an the team behind running them, all they want to do is keep you in an autorenewal contract, without communication, and hold you hostage for your money, as it is a waste.

    Negative: They are in the business of taking money, and not completing work, and when they do complete work, it is delayed, mediocre at best, and will not deliver what you feel is what you should be getting. They will hold you hostage in your contract, that automatically renews, and will not notify you of this, leaving you without options to opt out, cancel, or fire them without getting legal representation involved.
