Summary: It’s very collaborative, with great security features that allows easy report generation. Highly recommended.

Positive: Dealroom certainly knows what M&A practitioners need to make their deals smoother and faster. And on top of all that, it’s cheaper than other project management tools.

Negative: I wish there is a mobile app for this. It will be extremely helpful especially for people like me.

Summary: Collaborative, Cost-Efficient, end to end coverage. We don’t even need any other platforms. I love it.

Negative: I wish we didn’t have to use emails. Notifications still use emails, so i hope there's a better way around that.

Summary: Great product for a great price. Minimizes the amount of emails my team sends back and forth and support team is very helpful during the set up.

Positive: Has a lot of different capabilities as far as use cases. Makes project management a lot more streamlined.

Summary: Dealroom completely changed the way we do deals. It’s an amazing collaborative software. I love how you can leave comments on each individual file so that other functions can see them. It like using Facebook, which is easy and intuitive.

The Visibility feature is awesome too. You can filter the eyes that can see certain files and deals.

It has end to end capabilities and saves us a lot of costs with its VDR functionality.

I would highly recommend this to any M&A practitioners.

Negative: Can hardly think of anything right now. It has end to end capabilities so it's got all we need.

Summary: My overall experience with the interface is positive. I use many platforms and this is right up there with the better of the offerings.

Positive: This platform is very easy to use and has a good user interface. It makes the job more efficient and saves time.

Negative: The password requirements are quite complex, and make it difficult to find a suitable password.

Negative: No cons based on my usage. I found the platform to be very easy to use , which is the most important component of data room usage from my perspective.

Positive: The software is user friendly, has a short adoption curve, and makes managing our deals throughout the entire process easier.

Negative: Have had no issues with the software yet, it has been a good experience so far.

Summary: l like it a lot. We have closed several M&A deals with it's help. We are also using it for the internal document and project management.

Positive: Very easy to use, have all the features we need. It has requests management which we are using for diligence process which is unique. Clean and easy to navigate design.

Negative: We have some difficulties with long file names while downloading them, but after contacting to the support we have figured out how to deal with it.

Summary: I would use it again, and share even more deal details with other partners. The online-based software also means my disk space was free, and navigating was easy as pages aren’t overloaded.

Positive: Everything we needed was there, populating the boxes was easy, and the outcome was super professional.

Negative: Price was quite high, especially for companies trading in non-US$ currency

Summary: It's among the better data sites I have used. It's not as popular as some of the others, so a lot of the software and tools I use are not integrated yet.

Positive: -Good Search Function, able to identify and find documents quicky
-Easy Downloading, no complicated library or menus
-Easy to Use, intuitive and no instructions needed

Negative: -Not as good integration with other software used by law firms.

Summary: DealRoom has a great user experience and interface and is easy to setup and use without having to talk to a person.

Positive: The due diligence folder structure and template asking for common items are very very helpful. I would encourage you to test out a trial and see how they work.

Negative: The tool is very expensive, well, all deal rooms I looked at were.

Negative: Nothing overly negative to note. Would be great if there was an option to make folders display the most recent date on which a file imbedded inside was uploaded.

Positive: Very easy to enter info and track info. Easy process to upload files. Uploading files is the key management tool to track.

Negative: Finding certain requests if they are not set up correctly from the beginning. Setup at the start is the key to good process.
