Zero stars. Not good for tattooers. Date: Nov 09 2023
Summary: I would not recommend this to any tattooer or piercer. The app UX is terrible, it’s incredibly slow, and the product is way over priced for the risks we took with it. This product simply isn’t worth the headache or legal risk.

- customer service was often rude, unhelpful, and never offered any type of refund; just a discount on future services.
- we were told we’d be able to (1) batch download client waiver forms and (2) be able to access them at any time. They failed magnificently at both of these, giving us the run around at every call. The issues were never fixed. Now that we’re switching services, we have had to download each waiver (2000+) manually. Over 100 of them are corrupted or not downloadable so we have to reach out to each client and ask them to fill out a new waiver. If we’re unable to present waivers for the past 7 years at health inspection, we are fined $10k for each offense. That would be over one million dollars we’d owe to the state. This is unacceptable. When we mentioned this, we were met with “sorry to hear that”
