They tell you they will refund you but then they will say they were too busy to do it Date: May 21 2024
Summary: See above. This company is not to be trusted.
Positive: Nothing.
Negative: They say they offer refunds. I submitted a request many many days in advance of the event. After the event, they told me that they had been too busy to get to it. Therefore no refund. That's not my stinking problem. I highly recommend no one ever use this service, ever. I certainly never will.

No refund even if you get COVID! Horrible service! Date: May 29 2022
Summary: I will now always associate Dice with a traumatic experience and hope to never give them the opportunity to steal my money again.
Positive: It would have been fine if I had I been able to attend the festival, but I caught covid and can't leave the country and it's impossible to resell these "tickets." Dice doesn't care. Their staff just sends a copy/paste response explaining that there's no way to get a refund or to resell these tickets. We're on our own.
Negative: My husband and I tested positive for COVID and now can't fly to Barcelona for the Primavera Sound music festival. We spent about $1,000 for tickets to both weekends and we've basically been told there's no way to get a refund or credit from Dice (even if you have COVID!!) and the only option is to find someone to transfer the tickets to on our own. There are hundreds of people online trying to find people to transfer their tickets to but it's impossible. We're devastated--it's all we'd been talking about and looking forward to all year so it's a huge blow on top of the loss of the experience to have this company keep our money and offer no recourse for a refund or anything other than a copy/paste response to our queries. This is the first time in either of our lives we've been unable to attend a concert or festival. We had flights and hotel booked and were able to cancel the hotel booking and get a voucher from the airline for the cost of the flights, so other companies were kind enough to refund us. We will never give our money to a Primavera Sound festival again or use the horrible Dice app again. Having them keep our $1,000 when we already had the misfortune of getting sick, quarantining, and losing our summer vacation has been a traumatic experience.
