Positive: The team was very responsive and helpful! From the beginning with Janal Kurincak to the handoff to Mackenna Starback they have been personable and professional. The RFP process was easy to follow and the responses were from quality hoteliers and vendors. Great options for my client.

Negative: So far I have not encountered any problems, we are new to the program.

Summary: Highly recommend this platform to any event planner or anyone in the industry looking for those ancillary services. It really is a great one stop shop!

Positive: I have been a user of Reposite since the early stages. As the resources, upgrades/new aspects have been added it has become such a valuable tool. Through Reposite, I have connected with many new products/services and travel trade partners, which I may never have known about.

The Program and the Staff are fantastic!

Negative: I cannot think of one negative aspect of Reposite.

Summary: I was introduced to Reposite end of 2020/beginning of 2021 and they have grown SO much since then.
From starting off with major US cities, to now having contacts worldwide. My account manager, Annalise is always quick to respond and get me connected to vendors for my client's needs and wants.
The itinerary builder to send to clients is amazing, as well.
My client base is mostly destination bachelor and bachelorettes. So Reposite is a perfect platform to utilize for those groups.
I recommend signing up if you are a supplier or a planner!!

Positive: Plenty of Vendors to be connected to.
Vendors are in most major and poplar destinations.
Support answers and researches quickly.

Negative: Not every vendor pays commission, so make sure to inquire on that.

Summary: For the time and hassle it saves, it's worth every penny!

Negative: I wish I signed up sooner honestly! I would say they could work on their marketing efforts a little bit, I only found out from a sales person reaching out!

Summary: Overall a very helpful team with a high quality network of vendors, all on an increasingly useful platform. Looking forward to using the service for future events!

Positive: Super personalized support from the client team to make your teams ideal event come to life. For a start-up team wearing a lot of different hats, the one-stop-shop for coordination and support is a huge lift and takes so much of the guesswork out of the process. Would highly recommend for any small team looking to take on big events!

Negative: Platform constantly improving on its usability - but would love to see a map feature for existing quotes from vendors for visibility into proximity and logistics!

Summary: I met Alexa in 2020 over a Zoom meeting when both she and I were starting our companies during a pandemic. Her exact words were something like “idk if we’re the right company for you, but we can try?” And we’ve been stuck with each other ever since 👯‍♀️

Negative: Every so often a venue or services needs help responding for various reasons - the good news is that the Reposite team is watching and will usually reach out before you even realize it's taking too long.

Summary: They really are the perfect partner in connecting you to suppliers all over the world. They really care about making connections and growing your network and business.

Positive: As a DMC, it’s our job to know everything about a local market but in an environment that’s always changing that can be difficult. This is where REPOSITE steps in. They have the connections, relationships, and organizational platform to keep your pulse on what’s current and help keep you organized. They are an invaluable partner and ally in a world full of choices.

Negative: The design of the website and organization of the workflow still needs to be improved but they are constantly updating and will get there!

Summary: Reposite has been the travel marketplace solution we have been searching for and we're overjoyed that there's finally an easy-to-use discovery tool we can use! It's the perfect matchmaker for travel suppliers and saves us time researching and connecting with leads.

Positive: Its database covers key travel planning contacts from a variety of sectors, including event planners, corporate meeting planners, and tour operators. We continue to receive several requests weekly, and we're able to keep track of all of our partners in one place on the platform, and store our information so it's easily accessible. The account management team at Reposite is nothing short of spectacular, and they provide ongoing communication with us about new connection and quote requests. We are very happy with this tool!

Negative: Since there are lots of leads on both the supplier and planner side, it can sometimes be difficult to secure a lead (they might ultimately choose another activity,) but making the connection is valuable overall.

Summary: Highly recommended event planning tool to all hospitality suppliers and buyers. I look forward to Reposite's continuous evolution.

Positive: Seamless platform, reasonable pricing, user friendly and the support received from the Reposite team (Janal, Hailey & company) are rapid, efficient, and speedy.

Negative: Nothing. Very happy with product and it will only get better.

Positive: I like that the account reps go above and beyond to help try to bring in leads that fit for your properties. They make sure the hotel's pages look enticing and presentable for the meeting planners. And they do a lot of follow ups to make sure we are maximizing our booking potential. Also, the platform is easy to read and very user friendly.

Negative: I think in due time, they will continue to grow their amount of buyers and planners on the platform, but so far so good.

Summary: I strongly suggest exercising extreme caution and avoiding negotiations until the system can be clearly demonstrated to work as intended. As of today, I am left waiting on unresolved service tickets and being asked to join team calls simply to explain to their staff how their own system should function. This is not acceptable.

Positive: It is modern technology, we are using both sides the planner side and the supplier side, our biggest concern is the planner side.

Negative: We are an international Destination Management Company. We purchased the Reposite package to use its planning features, and after one full month — with two of our staff members dedicated exclusively to implementing the program — both REPOSITE and CVENT have failed to resolve critical bugs in their system.

As a result, we have lost an entire month of productivity, resources, and valuable time. The lack of proper support and the inability of these companies to deliver a working product has caused significant operational disruption.

It is unacceptable and irresponsible to market and sell a system that has not been properly tested, proven, and guaranteed to function as promised. Clients should not be used as test subjects for a product that is clearly not ready for commercial use.

We strongly caution other companies considering this software to evaluate carefully before committing, as our experience has been highly unsatisfactory and damaging to our business.
