    The program does not deliver, what was promised by CVENT

    Summary: I strongly suggest exercising extreme caution and avoiding negotiations until the system can be clearly demonstrated to work as intended. As of today, I am left waiting on unresolved service tickets and being asked to join team calls simply to explain to their staff how their own system should function. This is not acceptable.

    Positive: It is modern technology, we are using both sides the planner side and the supplier side, our biggest concern is the planner side.

    Negative: We are an international Destination Management Company. We purchased the Reposite package to use its planning features, and after one full month — with two of our staff members dedicated exclusively to implementing the program — both REPOSITE and CVENT have failed to resolve critical bugs in their system.

    As a result, we have lost an entire month of productivity, resources, and valuable time. The lack of proper support and the inability of these companies to deliver a working product has caused significant operational disruption.

    It is unacceptable and irresponsible to market and sell a system that has not been properly tested, proven, and guaranteed to function as promised. Clients should not be used as test subjects for a product that is clearly not ready for commercial use.

    We strongly caution other companies considering this software to evaluate carefully before committing, as our experience has been highly unsatisfactory and damaging to our business.

    Useless Product, rude service

    Summary: 0/10. Joined when it was Reposite. Nothing changed when Cvent bought it. Waste of money, will never use again. Truly don't understand why anyone would. The messaging system doesn't even work properly.

    Positive: Literally nothing. Despite our efforts, we spent $1000 on our membership and made a grand total of $0 in revenue, even while 3Xing our business on other platforms in the same timeframe.

    Negative: Bad UI, no way to cancel online, no useful leads, and when we emailed to cancel they were rude about it.

    Avoid Resposite

    Summary: Awful. Truly awful. Reposite has consumed massive amounts of my time and generated zero returns.

    Positive: There are no pros. I have nothing positive to say about the company. I highly recommend avoiding it.

    Negative: Lack of applicable vendors, terrible customer support, and a software program riddled with deficiencies by the company's own admission. The company should not be in business.

    Questionable business practices and deaf customer service

    Summary: This is quite unprofessional and I wouldn't want to work with them in any capacity if their customer service is so obtuse and unwilling to even communicate or read responses.

    Positive: No pros at all, all cons.

    Negative: Reposite started sending me unrequested emails telling me I had received a quote request from a customer and should respond promptly. I do not have an account, had never heard from them, nor anyone in my network of tourism businesses. So that initial email is completely misleading. In addition, they cater to groups of 72+ and I'm a small company with a much lower capacity. So I responded I wasn't interested, and unsubscribed. I've done so 5 or 6 times by now.

    Summary: Worst experience ever. I have never felt more stupid for trusting a company now they have people calling our business asking for payment and it's just gotten out of control they had never reached out once trying to clear up the issue there was never even attempt just designed to support their funding methods all they will do is put you in that if you are even two days late and don't expect any customer support or a person to turn to when things aren't going as promised just automated responses and debt collectors

    Positive: None, I only ever suffered from working with them. The idea of this company was ideal what they were promising sounded great to be told you're going to be able to have businesses reach out needing group activities was ideally what my company was looking for.

    Negative: This company never delivered on promises only put me in debt and gave me nothing. Told me they would have me flooding with leads and opportunities for groups and business travelers but I never saw a single sale nor did we ever get any support they would only email me there was never a person to call and chat with Ann the minute I asked him to pause or stop my account because I wasn't saying anything but we're still being charged monthly they refused reminded me I was in a contract and only cared about my next payment they did not care about the fact that they were not delivering or offering me any kind of way to make this right they just attacked me and ever since have made me feel so stupid for ever trusting them with my small business and signing a contract promising something with no guarantee of delivery something I will never do again
