    Summary: Overall, I think that Cvent LeadCapture is a good tool. Cvent products tend to be slightly more expensive but they have many options which would make me choose them again.

    Positive: LeadCapture is a helpful Cvent tool that we often utilize for on-site events. Highly recommend this product.

    Negative: I wish there were more options to edit but overall there are not many cons.

    Lead capture elevates our exhibitor experience

Each "exhibitor" or product manager within our internal showcase was able to successfully capture leads and provide follow-up. This helped to eliminate spreadsheets, structure our lead capture questions and ensure consistency across each booth.

    Summary: 50/50 success rate.
    Thank goodness we had a Cvent rep onsite to answer all exhibitor questions. There was a bit of a hurdle with downloading the app and creating an account, but once they figured that out, seemed to work smoothly for most.

    Positive: Designed to streamline the process of capturing leads and attendee info at events. Valuable for post event follow up. Loved that you can download to own device vs having to rent separate device. Easy to pull reports.

    Negative: Cost.
    Technology hurdle for our exhibitors.
    Reporting - wasn’t pulling all information.
    Exhibitors needed extra training since this was a new feature to them.
