Summary: The use of the CURBSIDE system has overall saved us time. Time is money. The overall support has been quick and responsive. The "bugs" in the system are worked out quickly. Some adaption of our procedures made this a positive experience overall.

Positive: The software is easy to navigate and full of useful features. Time savings from Owner prospective overall. User friendly interface. Robust reporting system and options. Features consistently updated.

Negative: Reports are not customizable. Not able to correct ORDERS once completed. Not able to merged Orders or Clients. Not able to discount ITEM instead of Order.

Summary: Software make it easy to run and grow the business. Customers can easily place an order. The flow of the orders is clear, the attendant can be easily get trained. Driver routes are very clear. However, there are some improvements needed.

Negative: Use of Apple Pay, and card inserts are not available. The payment failed on pick up, and delivery has no solution. There should be an option to take a deposit for large orders. A pop-up should be on the attendant and driver screen when same-day order is added to the schedule.

Summary: Our overall experience has been unbelievable! We used to spend hours calling customer when orders were completed - no more. We used to spend hours handwriting orders - no more. We used to use track our order's cleaning process on paper - no more. The time saved using Curbside Laundries is money saved to our company.

Positive: Our laundry mat & dry cleaning retail store added Curbside in early 2020 and we can't believe how it has changed the business. We have been able to calculate our growth with one report, seamlessly process SMS text messages to customer, update prices and add services with limited click throughs. The staff at Curbside is phenomenal - always open to new ideas and prompt to return calls!

Negative: Cons quickly disappear once you share them with the Curbside staff.

Summary: I would highly recommend this product for anyone serious about growing their stores Fluff and Fold. I've been using this product daily for over 2 years at my laundry in Hollywood. With the help of the POS and web site we have been able to increase our sales 3 times year over year. It has helped keep us organized and on target to reach our goals. The tracking/reporting software lets us see real time numbers which helps us know if we are meeting our numbers each month. This helps us with our marketing efforts. Overall, I would say if you were interested in getting into fluff and fold or already doing it this product can take you to the next level.

Positive: This is the total package. This POS system can make your Fluff and Fold run like it should, professional. The ease of use is rather good even if you are not computer savvy. You can use it for drop-off or delivery and everything in between. Not only is your life easier, but so is your attendants.

Negative: I wish there was a manual on certain functions, so I didn't have to call in or email. This is kind of nit picking because 99% is really good.

Summary: Overall great experience and a really good system to run a business. Even better since the big updates

Positive: The system makes running my business so much easier, it is so streamlined. I love that they are laundry owners themselves, so they understand exactly what we need. They are constantly updating as well with new and improved features, and that is so appreciated.
The customer service is great. Whenever I have had a problem, they have retuned my message quickly and been able to resolve the problem.

Negative: It can be hard for customers to access their portal sometimes. this process could be a little more streamlined.

Summary: Curbside takes a proactive customer centered approach. If I have a problem, they help me resolve it quickly so I can return to managing my business.

Positive: There is constant improvement taking into account the feedback from users and the owners using the software day-to-day to run their own operations.

Negative: There have been some growing pains but nothing substantial.

Summary: Overall it has been a great experience working with the Curbside team.
They a quick to respond to any issue that might arise and do so in a manner that doesn't make me feel like I am being intrusive to their daily workload.

Positive: Customer support is excellent - they are always quick to respond!
The Curbside software makes it easy to manage the work flow and keep tabs on the progress that my employees are making throughout the day. Additionally, Curbside is always soliciting feedback from customers to improve the software so it's constantly getting better!

Negative: It would be beneficial if I could assign which reports my store supervisor has access to. Currently the system has pre-assigned what reports the supervisor has access to but there are some that I feel she could benefit from seeing so if I , the store owner, had the ability to assign the reports it would make it better.

Summary: Our family operates a wash and fold service in Central Texas, we decided to start our first business over two years ago and we truly believe that the help and support from the curbside team has been paramount for our success.

Positive: Ease of use and navigating through features.
Role based functions mekes it easier to learn.
Outstanding and prompt customer support..
Continuously improving and updating software.

Negative: Would like to be able to spilt payment options like, for a customer that wants to pay half of the order in cash and half with card.
Would like to have a chip reader and tap option for cards.
Does not Accept Apple Pay.

Summary: Amazing customer service and product! Curbside is the go to for this type of business need. Would recommend.

Positive: Curbside streamlines every aspect of the laundry pickup & delivery service. Dedicated team continually coming out with improvements.

Negative: Slightly outdated UI on the customer ordering side. New update on the business end gave it that polish it needed so this will be fixed once customer end gets the same update. We’ve found that any issues seem to be addressed by the great development team!

Summary: Great experience Barb is awesome. Thank you Barb. I use this company for 2 reasons:
Product work with no issues.
Customer service is the best. Whenever I call to figure out something they have the answers right away. It never take 2 or 3 phones calls.

Positive: Curbside has the best software on the market. It's easy to use and easy to figure out. Matt was awesome in assisting me on how to set it all up. My friend Barb is the absolute best whenever I can't figure something out. I've been using Curbside for 3 years and never had a technical problem. CURBSIDE IS THE BEST. I love how we are constantly updating the software to make the process better. They listen to their customers.

Negative: I like everything about curbside. Their customer service is the best.

Summary: Overall, I'm very happy with the product and the support that I receive. The entire curbside team is a real pleasure to work with.

Positive: The team listens to my requests for enhancements to the system, and regularly builds the improvements into the tool. They are also very responsive to day to day requests for support, and a real pleasure to work with.

Negative: This is not a Con, but would love to have the ability to sent automated marketing texts and emails out of the system for sales and marketing purposes such as soliciting reviews, running promos etc.

Summary: We are happy with the laundry delivery software and pos. it works perfect for our stores and delivery service.

Positive: I like how they continually update the software. it gets better and better. technical support has gotten better.

Negative: They have gone through a lot of growing pains, but are constantly improving.

Summary: We are extremely happy with this system and recommend it to anyone looking for a new POS/software for their laundromat.

Positive: We’ve been using curbside software for the last 6 months. It does everything we were looking for in a software plus more! It’s been important part in the growth of our business.

Summary: Overall, I would say CBL is a no brainer choice to have the system in place to start and handle growth easily. The team is amazing to work with!

Positive: CBL continues to reiterate and improves their software, including input from their users. Their IT team is one call away whenever you need something and proactively calls their users to check in. The software is very user friendly. It makes running the business easier!
I did go to Long Beach to shadow their wash and fold laundry process. It was well worth the trip! It helped me layout my store to serve the workflow and future storage needs from the beginning, as well as presentation of the packages.

Negative: I cannot think of a con. Curbside is a company that listens and works to improve all the time.
