Summary: If you are going to have a modern laundromat you need this service. All the information you need is at your fingertips. I would highly recommend this service.

Positive: I like that it is built just for laundromats. It is easy to access from the computer in the store or my phone. I took over from owners that wrote everything down in a notebook so this is like going from the Wright Brothers' plane to the moon.

Negative: So far there isn't anything we are unhappy with.

Summary: I really recommend this software to anybody who’s running or thinking about opening a laundromat, specially if you do pickup and delivery service.
Comes with everything you need POS system, scale, register etc. They will even build a website for your business.
We opened our laundromat 2 and half years ago and has been using this software since then.
We are very happy with curbside Laundry and recommend it to everybody.

Positive: Regularly updated system.
Fast response to clients questions and requests.
Best software if you do pickup and delivery service.

They recently updated system so website and app is running faster than before.

Summary: Overall, I am grateful for Curbside. It allows me to manage wash and fold, pickup and delivery, and register sales for all three of my stores. It is definitely the tool I needed to scale.

Positive: I have used Curbside every day for the past two years and am very impressed. The team is incredibly dedicated to support, service, and improvement. They are constantly updating the software and adding new and helpful features.

Negative: The only drawback so far is that the system is not as customizable as it could be. Though every update improves on that.

Summary: I’m excited to say the least! It’s easy to tell just read above. I’m looking to I’m looking forward to the future.

Positive: When I decided to get in the laundromat business, the first thing I did was research as much information as I could about the industry. I started watching some videos or podcast on YouTube about laundromats. I found curbside laundries and Matt Simmons. And I quickly realized I was going to need a POS system, the website, business plan, and a methodology.

I looked at a lot of different software companies. I looked at lotta different website designers. I decided to go with Curbside Laundry. I called curbside Laundry and Matt answered the phone. I must’ve asked him 100 questions 100 different ways. I knew I had picked the right company.

Matt said come on out to Long Beach, California. You will learn in one day what took us years to learn and unlearn, bring some people with you, ride in the delivery van we will show you all our cards. There was no fee. It wasn’t an empty welcome. He was very enthusiastic. As much as I am well to say the least I took him up on the offer. I figured if I’m gonna spend this kind of money why not. I am sure glad I made that decision.

Linda Simmons is amazing. She’s the mom and she’s proud of her boys and her daughter. The first thing you notice is where the sons learned humbleness. Linda couldn’t wait to show us everything. Super Suds is definitely a team. The team was very nice as well and quickly started to guide us on every step of the way. And when I say everything, I mean everything from the hours of the store, how to treat every customer, how do use the software. how to charge, just every step of the way.
The knowledge was priceless! Linda and I talked about how to hire employees, what to expect for employees, how to reward employees, and how to measure employee performance. I think we talked about coffee and vending machine items as well as pricing vending machine items. We talked about ozone machines and how they work and how much the customers like them. It’s not make believe it’s right there in front of you. They practice what they preach.

Funny, my two employees that were with me asked where a great Mexican restaurant was, best, Mexican food I’ve ever eaten. L O L

The software, so simple I think a 10 year old could use it. The way the program works and it is a program. From the minute, the customer drops off the clothes every single step of the way is counted all the way to win the customer picks up their wash and fold. The pick up and delivery it’s the same way except for you add the delivery. The software actually maps out the entire delivery route for you. As a matter of fact, while we were on the route, someone called in for a special pick up and they wanted it back that same day. Ubens the driver, saw it add to the route we picked it up, and after all the deliveries went back to the laundry, and it was immediately put in production. That was impressive to me. Awesome!
Linda was able to show me daily’s! Well what I call sales by the hour, by the day, by the week, by the month, year etc. I can’t say enough in business if you don’t know your numbers you can’t be in business!!!

Well, I purchased a software and the website and all that goes with it. The customer service is amazing. I am all set up for credit cards and pretty much had someone hold my hand the whole way. My website is up and Barbara and Ken and Holly and Christian and so many other people have just been so wonderful. No one says no and everyone says how can I help. We open next week my first laundromat. I was looking for a website and a POS system. I found a wonderful family and a wonderful group of people that I’m truly grateful to be associated with. This is the longest review I have ever left for any company or any product ever! I own a CarWash, a home energy insulation business, and now a Laundromat. Clean Right Laundromat!
It’s not gonna be easy, but nothing worthwhile ever is. I’m definitely glad I partnered with curbside, and I highly recommend them!

Negative: I have t found any yet. I do like they are constantly building the software to be better.

Summary: Overall experience is nothing but positive, can't say enough good things about them. I look forward to dealing with everyone at Curbside far into the future.

Summary: Linda told me her story of how she got stared and then gave me every trick in the book throughout the day. Linda told me who to hire, where to get supplies from, how to advertise, how to get commercial customers. Linda knows exactly what info you need to have to be successful and she is just naturally generous with her time and knowhow so it just flows out of her. I will never forget Linda. I will have a lot to thankful to her for in the future. The whole family at Super Suds are great and I really appreciate you convincing me to work with you guys. You knew I would need the help you gave me and that I wouldn't find it anywhere else. Thank goodness you reached out and brought me in. You are great people. Thank you.

Positive: I had a lovely day being shown how to work a laundromat. Linda was inspiring and amazing and I feel like I could call her anytime with a question. She's a really amazing human. I got a friendly call the day before so I knew who and when I was meeting and then when I showed up I meet all the staff at Super Suds and was put to work so I could actual put in orders, go out on the van and do deliveries. It was a blast.

Negative: Defiantly no cons. I should have left with a couple of plastic bags and hangers so I could wrap up some laundry for my website photoshoot. Maybe I will call Linda and see if she can send me some. Thanks again.

Summary: So far so good, we are very new at getting launched. We really had a few months of not fully transitioning to the new software.

Positive: They always respond to questions, big or small. The customer service is amazing. The software is always being improved.

Negative: It’s a little pricey. But if it gets us the customers we hope it will it will be a small investment in growth.

Summary: Wonderful experience overall.
I find it very hard to believe one of Curbside’s competitors would be as simple and efficient while still operating on behalf of the users such as myself, unlike a conglomerate would.

Positive: ALL-IN-ONE.
Billing, ordering, route optimization.
Driver / manager / owner. All very simple to navigate and switch between.

Great customer service, always willing to explain something I don’t understand and also willing to listen to my suggestions.
Updating software with new features regularly.

Negative: Cost is not cheap, not the most expensive but not the cheapest.

Not all features are as mobile friendly as I’d like, but they have slowly been improving individual facets so I have faith that will continue.

Summary: Very good. i recommend it people that want to get into this business. ill warn you about this business - its not easy like a laundromat is.

Positive: I like that they listen to the customers and implement improvements. it works well for us and will use it at multiple locations.

Negative: I wish it worked better with apple stuff. its frustrating that many easy things are unusable vs Android.

Summary: Don’t waste your time looking for something else if you’re doing WDF with pickup and delivery. Go with curbside.

Positive: This software was obviously designed by those in the business. It does everything I need for tracking orders, pickup and delivery routes, employee order tracking, and so much more! They also take suggestions and are continuously improving.

Negative: Only con I can think of is the monthly fee is a little high, but honestly the software helps makes the money back and more.

Summary: The software keeps getting better and better. It's obvious the Simmons are committed to improving the program. Am super happy with our website and the ease in which I can make changes on my own.

The support is top notch and really enjoy working with Aaron and Matt.

Positive: We started using Curbside since the beginning of our PUD service. We chose them because the user interface was the most friendly of the ones we considered and the Simmons brothers were very patient and helpful with all of my questions.

We couldn't be happier. We have grown with CS and CS has grown and developed as the business has evolved. They are committed to making the software better and better as they take in feedback from clients and through their own experience.

The tech support is also fantastic. They're available by phone and email and are responsive.

We moved our drop off business onto CS so all of our wash and fold business is on CS at both of our stores.

Negative: The register functions still need improvement. Mostly on the reporting.

Summary: Our laundromat opened in 2019 with no WDF business. Today it is a huge business for us, and it's because of Curbside Laundries. The software is fantastic and constantly improving, which has been extremely valuable. However, the support and insider knowledge gained by being a Curbside Laundries customer is priceless, and has been a massive contributor to our overall success.

Positive: The entire team at Curbside Laundries has demonstrated they genuinely care about my business. They don't just offer excellent WDF management software. The founders of Curbside are also very successful laundry service operators, and they openly share their knowledge and experience in growing a successful laundry business.

Negative: Anything I would call a "con" has already been addressed in their frequent software upgrades. They are constantly making Curbside better and pushing the updates out us.

Summary: I've been using Curbside Laundries for little over a year and I am 100% satisfied. The software is intuitive, easy to use and reliable. I can't recall the last time there was an issue with the software and when I seldomly get a call from my staff about it, it is almost always user error.

It has been a pleasure to work with the entire team, sales, tech support, customer support and leadership - whenever I call they make me feel like I am the most important customer; it truly feels like a partnership.

Summary: Onboarding was seamless. Suggestions for improvement are heard and implemented. Office hours are a nice opportunity to get help or answer questions. The customer interface is easy and intuitive.

Positive: The creators are laundromat people. They work in the business and know the daily struggles. They are approachable and have multiple channels for getting support as needed. Love that it's run by a family with high integrity and who exhibit respect for one another's roles within the company.

Negative: Every issue we've had has been addressed and reconciled. There is not a single con to doing business with Curbside.

Summary: Very happy I chose Curbside Laundries to help me with my laundry pickup and delivery services. They are always there to help If I have any issues. I don’t ever hear any negative things about them.

Negative: I don’t really have any complaints besides the website can be a little laggy when loading.
