Negative: I do NOT recommend using this service. If you still decide to, only use a hot wallet because they will scam you with a cold one. I lost $100, but you could lose even more.

Summary: On all other exchanges, this issue is resolved literally the same day, but here, I’m afraid the ignoring is related to Cryptomus simply refusing to return the funds. I’m very sorry I ran into this, and the $300 seems to be permanently lost.

Negative: I was performing actions on the exchange, and the Cryptomus platform froze the funds due to an AML check. They said that the funds would be returned to the user’s wallet. Over a week ago, they told me to go through KYC on their website, which I successfully completed, and I also provided them with my LTC address for the funds to be returned to my wallet. Support told me that specialists are working on my case. Since then, more than a week has passed, and they are ignoring me in the chat on all my subsequent inquiries. They haven't replied for over a week.

Summary: It is a good product, but not worth a hassle. Use more reputable alternatives that know how to do and keep business.

Positive: The product Is Solid, and pricing Is ok, BUT

The entire business Is run like in a '90 crime movie: they are pushing and will not leave you alone.

I Said 2x we Are no longer interested, and they keep messaging.
