Summary: CrankWheel is a tool designed to reach closer into the customers home office/head space.
A regular day the most of us have a million different thoughts and emotional signals dragging us all types of different directions.
With CrankWheel we help focus our conversation and narrowing the road.
• What do our customers need?
• What does it take to make deal?
• What type of product will benefit the long and short-term goals of the business we are talking to.

Positive: Easy to use.
In my mind this tool is beneficial at more than one level. You get to set up a presentation with screens and pages ready for a client.

The client gets a clean 1 to 1 way to discuss and choose what product they want to go for.

Negative: How to get customers to take time out from their day for a screen viewer?
(Not a con, more of a thought)

Summary: It was ok but I don't use it anymore because of reliability and how slow development was or the program.

Positive: I like the concept and idea of how this tool works. The idea is decent and might be great for some businesses.

Negative: I didn't feel like it was easy to implement at all.
