Core Temp Description

Core Temp's unique working method is what makes it so special. It can display the temperature of each core in your system. Temperature fluctuations can be seen in real-time, even when there are varying workloads. Core Temp can also be used with any motherboard. Core Temp is simple to use and allows for high customization and expandability. Core Temp allows developers to add new features or extend its functionality by creating plug-ins. Core Temp allows you to monitor the temperature on any modern x86-based processor. The program supports processors made by all three major manufacturers: Intel, AMD, and VIA. Intel processors are available starting with the "Core", all the way to the newest Core i7 and all its derivatives.

Summary: I've used Core Temp for years. If you're willing to support a company that takes no care over what other software they're dumping on their users devices, then go for it, it is a good app, but on moral grounds I cant support them.

Positive: Probably one of the better solutions. It's lightweight, clearly displays data, shows peak temps and I've never had any compatibility issues.

Negative: The company are now in bed with Goodgame Empire. They have an exceptionally bad reputation when it comes to business practices, and it makes me seriously doubt the intentions of Core Temp developer(s).
