Summary: So far, so good. Quick response with questions. There is a tab for almost everything I need. I like I can customize it but that's the longest part I think.
Positive: I like that everything I need for the company is in one place. It is helpful having the timeclock and QB all integrated.
Negative: It's taking a bit to get used to. I honestly thought I would figure out all the features fairly quickly but it's taking a lot longer inputting what I need.

Summary: Overall, my employees love it. As a manager, I love the app as all my construction niche needs are met in one app. Previously I had to use excel sheets, time card software programs and rely heavily on multiple things but now I find it all in one place.
Positive: This app is feature packed. It gives me the ability to use time cards, geo fence my employees, raise invoices, estimates and much more while still being able to integrate it with QuickBooks . It is overwhelmingly amazing but the team gives excellent training sessions for free and that helps get to understand the app so quickly. I also love the fact that they keep releasing new features every month. That shows passion and initiative!!
Negative: I wish they could somehow revamp the logo to make it look cooler :D

Summary: My overall experience with Contractor Foreman was good. It ended up not being the solution to our unique situation, but it had nothing to do with the quality of the software.
Positive: The best part of Contractor Foreman is the outstanding customer service. They are always responsive, polite, and helpful.
Negative: Document management was my least favorite. Uploading was clunky, organizing was impossible, and there was no option to batch delete.

Summary: Been using Contractor Foreman for a few months now and so far me and my team have been happy with this software and its support team. Prior to choosing CF, we looked at a series of different software's, and no other software in the market was the same or even close to the price of CF. Although the alternative software's in the market have many more advanced features than CF, they were also extremely expensive. One major thing we like about CF, is the number of users they offer with all plans rather than being "pay per user". CF offers all the construction management tools you need, although I wish there was more customizability within, however, it does get the job done right. If your a larger contractor (15M+) then you might want to look at alternatives to CF as it may be too small of a software for large volume contracts. However, I highly recommend CF for smaller contractors and specialty trades, as there is no other software in the market which provides these features at this value. (Trust me I looked at all options).
Positive: -Very good number of users offered with all plans.
-Continues software updates and support
-Great overall construction management modules
-Great for small contractors
Overall, this software does the job for small contractors, and there are no other software's available at this price range.Negative: -No module customizability

Summary: Support is super responsive, I was on a Free Trial looking for the features for a customer, but I couldn't make it on time to cancel the free trial and then I got charged, I connected with them the same night that I got charged(around 30 minutes after), and they gave me the refund immediately, but I didn't read the policies, so they charge you a fee of 100USD as a penalty(I think now they just don't give refunds), I know they're a small company, but when you see a small company charging this kind of fees at their stage(they've been in business for more than 5 years), something's wrong.
Positive: It's a great app, it's user-friendly, nice design of the app, and the customer support is super responsive.
Negative: They have tricky policies, you really have to pay attention and read them.
