    Terrible customer service

    Summary: The last 4 months without support has been daunting. Though I paid an annual fee , I feel I am not getting value for money.

    Positive: Like their program but ever since they 09stopped providing telephone and remote help I would not recommend them. You now have to submit a chit and wait for an online response. Very difficult to resolve software issues under these conditions.

    Negative: Terrible customer service since they stopped providing telephone and remote assistance.

    You must now submit a chat, link it to a their TeamViewer and wait for a response. Have tried 5 times in the last 4 months and only received a partial response. Said they would get back to me shortly. Waited 4 hours without any further contact.
