Terrible product & even worse customer service Date: Nov 16 2022
Summary: Customer service is terrible. Last week we discovered it wasn't syncing. Got the answer "try manual sync". No luck. Then "oh we switched to a new platform and you weren't ported over - try again". No luck. Now they say "oh - have to escalate to tier 2 - pay us an extra 500 and we will figure out why our terrible software isn't working?
Positive: OK when it works - but it keeps breaking. We are constantly finding that the product stopped syncing - but unless you are looking at the logs 24/7 - you will miss it.
