    Positive: - Lets you to connect to portable device instantly.
    - Effortless connection procedure.
    - Very secure and fast transfer services.

    Negative: Hard to find any major cons for this software till now. The interface would have been equally good for both mobile and desktop versions.

    Awesome 'Remote Management' Software

    The best tool to automate IT service and repair

    Summary: If you have an IT team that has to service hundreds of remote systems and help users all around the world with issues, you can save tons of time and energy automating it with ConnectWise. It's the best premium service at the price point.

    Positive: - There is hardly any training required on the user end of things. Even on the admin side, it was very easy to have everything up and running without a lot of training.
    - I loved the customization and integration options that let you wholly integrate ConnectWise with your software leading to better customer trust and experience.

    Negative: - Can require a low latency internet connection but it is not too annoying on a slower on either.

    Decent company for remote management software

    Summary: Good product but unfortunately not worth the price at which they sell it at. However it is a good product.

    Positive: Pretty easy to use and user friendly.
    Works well with both windows and Macintosh computer systems.

    Negative: It’s really expensive and you can get other competitive softwares at lower price.
